McDonald's, Lancaster PA

Asked for a cheese burger with the meat and cheese and bun but they put pickles onions and more bad service

Husband got dinner on way home, I questioned why bill was so high. He was charged 9.57 for 3 small fudge sundaes. Other McDonald's are charging 1.29 each. They are charging over $3.19 this is outrageous and when questioned they stated they can charge what they want, we told them we will not go to this store again we will go to another location.

Every time I try to go around 12 they are closed despite hours saying they are open till 2

Poor customer service and employees were eating behind the counter while serving food. The restaurant was also very dirty.

They have always been prompt and had the correct food as per my order. My GF has had exactly the opposite experience, enough so she actually called the McDonald's complaint line. I've only been here once over the last year and she's been 4 times. Maybe I got lucky?

As McDonald's goes, this one is, at best, 2.0 stars. You may get decent service, you may not. The food is average at best. Consider that, at its best, this is just an average McDonald's, I'd skip this one for a better rated one.

Terrible! Made 3 of the sandwich meals wrong and when I revived my one new sandwich it was the same as before! These people are ignorant! Highly recommend not going to this place!

Hate the new kiokos! Takes much longer to order. Finally get help to get ticket then have to pay before order is placed. Waited 15 min.for small order and place not busy. Will find another place to eat the next time.

I slipped and fell on the wet floor between the doors on my way in and informed the Cashier (because I didn’t see the manager at first) that the floor was wet. I suggested it be mopped. After this, I noticed the manager had heard me. Instead of apologizing, she turned to the employee next to her, complaining that she was just there and there was nothing wet. She said some other things too, but I couldn’t hear it. She didn’t believe me! At that moment my 74 year old mother came in because she saw me fall and she was afraid that I was hurt. The manager walked rightly by without saying anything and went to look at the floor!
After that the manager ignored me and walked around joking around and even singing! I have never felt so disrespected!
This McDonalds needs a MAT so people can’t slip- and a Manager that cares about their customers!

Got the entire order wrong all we wanted was 2 large fries and 1 mcdouble what we got was 1 small fry and 2 double cheeseburgers with no onions.

They used to give a free coffee. Now under the new deals. They don't offer a free coffee. If you bought 5 coffees. You got one free. They no longer offer. The free coffee. Now I go to Burger king.

Mom and me stopped for a quick drink going through the drive-thru. The line and wait were both minimal. Love an iced cold coke on a hot day, McDonald's knows how to get it done

Service is friendly and quick. I get the best service at this local. I can't always count on other locals to have what I want.

I went late in the evening about 11: 30pm. At the pick up window a young man with blonde hair was not wearing gloves nor a hat. I got fries and he grabbed the frys by the top of the container, where his hands were touching the food. The middle aged woman behind him with brown hair was not wearing a hat either.

Food was ok (it met the daily need). Drive-through Service is terrible, from order taking to receiving order. Simple "Hello" or "May I take your order? " is seriously lacking. The cashier trainee AND the person training him could not make the correct change, three times! Centerville Road is a closer location and convenient me but I will drive farther if I desire McDonald's food in the future. As far as their slogan goes. I'm not loving it.

Awesome good made quick. I have it 4 stars due to the barrier they have at the drive through between the two different order boards. You can’t see them at night since it is poorly lit. Almost hit them.

I have been going to McDonalds over 40 years. Never had I have such a horrible experience. Went for breakfast Centerville Rd on 7/31 10: 45 am
Went thought drive up window # 2 sat there for over 2 minutes before anyone said are you being helped Really. By that time it switched over from breakfast to lunch. Person on that mike should not be on there. Don't you take care of our customers under certain circumstances.
Very Disappointed!

Skip this poorly run McDonalds. Lots of people pulled away as the drive-in was so backed up because they only took one order at a time and allowed only one car to pick up food before taking the next order.

Even though it was lunch hour on a Saturday, the fries were cold, I had to ask for straws, and when I asked for salt they gave me pepper. J
