McDonald's, Bradford PA

Stop here every trip to NY to visit family. Kids love it and staff is always on point. Never had a messed up order in over two years

The WORST location I have ever been to, filthy floors, every table was dirty, my food was just thrown together no care was taken in any aspect! But on the lighter side while waiting for my food I seen a woman in a mini van in the drive threw with a pony in the back? LOL

Walked into the restroom, saw that the sink was dirty and there were French fries on the floor. But the cashier that took my order was friendly and seemed like he knew what he was doing.

Oh dear. They want me to write a review. I stopped here before COVID and this was a really nice new restaurant with lots of staff, very busy and well kept. I stopped here during COVID and the dining room was closed but the drive through service was fine. Now in 2022 this place is really sad. It had such a strong smell of urine just as soon as you walked in the door, as if people had been peeing in the corner right by the door. I don't understand how this place fell so far. I think I will make sure to use the drive through next time. I'm not going inside there again that's for sure.

Garbage piled up in front of the entrance, a STRONG smell of urine in the restaurant and especially in the entranceway, and dirty floors and garbage all over the tables.

Service was horrible. Took forever to get order. Place is a mess and disgusting. A worker in the back was going crazy the whole time.

I don't like when u can't get a hold of them. I order 50 dollars worth and all my double cheese burgers and all of them were salty bad some people have high blood pressure people wake up and smell the beans

Had to wait 20 minutes (for fast food). Food was awful. Big macs meat was dry, rolls tasted stale. Fries were cold.not going back there! Staff was rude

Renovations look good. Seating area looks good. The person at the counter was personable and waaaay better than anyone I've encountered at fast food in some time. The tables needed to be wiped down, but they were focusing on steady drive through business. I am more likely to come back again.

Update: Just hit the drive through. They didn't have the sauce for the spicy chicken sandwich, so I skipped. The rest of the family seemed happy enough with their meals and milkshakes. Still a reasonable experience.

Dirty tables, there was a spilled drink on table and floor, young teenagers sitting on top of garbage cans, and it smelled like urine when you walked in from outside.

I came for Lunch/Dinner after going to BRMC that was horrible. My parents order 3 packs of McNuggets. My parents and me only got 2 packs. I don’t recommend this McDonalds if you feel like getting ripped off come to the Bradford Center McDonalds.

Not sure who was working the drive through tonight, but I wanted to say thank you. Food was perfect! Oh, and Jinx says his treat was yummy too!

So to start You're over priced compared to every McDonald's I've been too and thats quit a few of them. Next I would like to mention the food is horrible the people working there have no idea what they are doing nor do they care enough to do their jobs right. Also when you have kids in there riding scooters around as well as touching peoples food and swearing in front of young kids and management does nothing. Orders are never correct the employees always have an attitude and just overall the worst experience at a McDonald's in my life please get some people who actually know what they are doing and care enough to work there. Because until then you lost my family's business and I will do everything I can to not recommend anyone going there because no one should have to get bad food or deal with rude employees and management that don't know what they are doing in the first place. JUST ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DO BETTER BE BETTER. THANK YOU

Where to begin I waited in drive thru line for 32 minutes (the new fast food times) for a mobile order. 1 cheeseburger LG ff 2 sweet teas 6 piece nugget and a big Mac that's it. My teas were not filled all the way both the lids were cracked. Somehow they managed to only fully cook 4 out of 6 of the chicken nuggets. The burgers were good. But yes those mcdonald's fries were hot and on point. So 2 stars.

This is the most incompetent run business I have ever seen. I placed my order at 5: 15. Order was not fulfilled until 5: 45, this is completely unacceptable.

So ever since the walkout and the Bradford McRejects left the place has gone down hill so so very badly! It's full of children trying to run the place! There were children hanging in the table areas yelling to the children working behind the counter. They were there to hang out with their friend while he worked. It was a very rambunctious environment to try and sit and eat our cold food we were just served. The food was cold, the drink area was dirty and had no large lids. Over all bad experience! Do not recommend!

I have traveled alot of places, from Pennsylvania to Washington state. From Pennsylvania to Iowa, then to North Carolina. In all my travel Bradford's McDonald's is the worst. Service is extremely horrible, food is never made correctly. Its also extremely dirty inside and out. Poor management, with lack of caring for customers. I dont eat there and never will.

Their McDoubles taste good. But their Spicy Crispy Chicken was sooooooooo.terrible. /facepalm. It was very bland IMO. And I think that just maybe, they didn't change their oil for a while because the chicken tasted a teeny tiny bit.bitter. IDK, it could be that my taste buds were off. It was also soggy, which is expected because delivery took a while due to Mickey Ds tablets being down. Do note that the sogginess of the sandwich did not contribute to the rating I gave. On another note, their Shamrock Shakes were da bomb. I would definitely order their Shamrock Shakes and McDoubles again.

Cold food. Poor service. Young teenagers just hanging out because their friend works there. They were obnoxious and getting free food from their friend. The whole place was absolutely filthy. Like, VERY filthy. Tables, soda machine, counter tops. Everything was visibly disgusting. I personally will not eat there ever again unless they get workers who take at least a little pride in their work ethics.
