McDonald's, Hermitage PA

Was just at this McDonald's. Female manager today at 3pm 12/18/22 was great at Handling the situation.male manager in glasses- not so much.
A gentleman came in upset that his cheeseburger had no meat. And obviously took a bite of bread, ketchup & cheese. Male manager asked him what the problem was and the gentleman took the top of the bun off and said "notice anything missing" Male manager told him he didn't have to be so dramatic in the way he opened the bun. Really not necessary especially since the gentleman wasn't to that point and didn't need to escalate the situation. The gentleman did say something along the lines of "don't be an a hole & just get my burger" Male manager told him to leave he said no, give me back my money then. Male manager.are you going to apologize for swearing? Customer""no" Male manager then get out!
Female manager came up and said she would take care of and she did. Requested the back to make the cheeseburger ASAP. All the while the male manager is giving the customer the stink eye.so more words were said as it escalated because the male manager was acting like a petulant child.
The female manager handed him his burger and apologized for the mistake. Customer made ZERO negative comments to her because she wasn't making the situation worse. Male manager waited out side at the exit to continue the drama.and even stood behind the man's truck trying to get run over or something so he could continue to be the victim.
The female manager was wonderful with the situation! Male manager has little guy syndrome.
My order was wrong I am guessing because everyone was too busy getting in the drama and no way was I going to try to get my order fixed at the 3 ring circus.
We haven't been there in months due our food being wrong so much, and decided to try again today.not looking for a dinner and a show when going to get a few burgers.

Of the 3 locations within the general Hermitage/Sharon area, this is a middle road quality. Food orders have been mixed for accuracy. And wait time varies greatly in the split drive thru line. I'll honestly only order here if I can not make it to the other location in Hermitage for some reason.

Often mess up orders. See pic of cheeseburgers (thick slices of onion, it's supposed to be minced).

You have to order online. Plus they are more expensive than any other McDonald's in Cleveland.

I really hope you would bring back Brandon Marsh as the General manager as the store was starting to go in the right direction as it’s going now is no where good

Mmmm, the McRib was back and we had to order a few of 'em! Despite not knowing what kind of "meat" is in the things, they are delicious! One gripe, though, is that this location NEVER has hot caramel frappachino, and on the rare occasion they do, they never get it right. I order hot, they give me cold. I order a frappachino, they give me a cappuchino. Ugh! Also, their milkshake machine always seems to be "broken". Other than that, I'm usually satisfied with this McDonald's location.

If you like cold fries this is the place to go. Tired of going back to fix orders. I called the store and let them know the fries were cold. Sorry 3 x’s and you’re out.

My orange hi-c was extremely watered down and my bacon egg and cheese buscuit was hard. I was very disappointed.

Lobby very clean and I work at McDonald's and I open doors for people and I clean the windows as well and I am very hard worker and I will support McDonald's always forever. And McDonald's will always be my favorite restaurant forever.

The customer service representatives were very unprofessional and disrespectful. The order was wrong and sloppy and cold when I asked for everything got and fresh. They were rude and the one cashier closed the window and refused to have my order remade so I did not move out of the drive thru until a manager came to handle the situation. There are too many choices to eat at and to spend my hard working money for cold food and unprofessional service. I will never go back to this McDonald's ever again and never recommend it.

$9 for a quick Lunch, less than ten minute wait time in the drive-thru, and the food is what is. Thanks McDonalds

Orange juice tasted like water they at least fixed it I had cheese on my sausage mcgriddle didn't order cheese and my egg McMuffin was burnt they always get my order wrong no matter what McDonald's

They didnt have slushies either of the days i went with my kids. But the service was good.

I was absolutely appalled by the fact that I ordered nothing but a large fry freshly made with light salt even my receipt said that they made me pull forward they served three other people before they even got to me and they didn't even get to me because I had to go in and get my fries like it takes less than 5 minutes to make the fries and it was ridiculous they had over 10 minutes 15 maybe possibly to get it done and I still had to go in and get it myself and they had no salt on them at all and they weren't fresh if they have been fresh I wouldn't have been able to put them in my mouth right away but they weren't they were warm but they weren't fresh

No stars! I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese combo. I had to wait for my order because it was a "quarter pound" at the third window. I get my sandwich. NO CHEESE! Then I tried to call and no one answers the phone. Ridiculous!

Bought a cheese burger with no pickles and received a cheese sandwich no meat. True story.

Ice cream machine is almost ALWAYS broken and I've gotten a raw quarter pounder from them as well
Yuck.would not recommend.

Me and girlfriends food was nice and hot I just wish my large French fries box was full to the top and my large coke was full too but I was so hungry ate my food fast my cola was amazing cold an sweet perfect
