McDonald's, Erie PA

Very poor service, didn't listen when ordering, couldn't get order right. Too busy goofing off with and joking with coworkers and socializing with each other in store. And still didnt end up with a correct order. Even when told to 3 times to hold on, then oh, ok your food. No, NOT REALLY. 2.5 hrs fr ok m home for them to screw off tour meal tou pay for

I order from here all the time，but yesterday is my second time order thing， missing my hambergur again，i tried to call and spent my gas going there to pick up again，forget it

The amount of times I had to ask for YELLOW mustard and they gave me a container of HONEY and we said “no yellow mustard” and they hand me packets of HONEY mustard. Nobody’s naming the color of the packets its called YELLOW MUSTARD. Get it together. Even almost forgot to hand me my drinks and took ages to get food and told us to come to the wrong window twice. Ridiculous.

First of all, their dining room is open but this times I went in and had ordered through the app it seem to take a long time to get the food.

Went inside first the girl.waiting on me ran out from behind the counter to giggle with her friend about something in a phone while waiting on me, then no large cups, then while waiting for my food the same girl was picking at her mouth then picked up fries and other food and put it in the bag. Asked for a manager, who wouldn't come out, and while inwas waiting the girl arguednwith me about it. Like eating at a high school cafeteria.

New young workers in the drive thru. Made a mistake with my order but once I brought it to their attention, they corrected it immediately. The food was good.

We went a bit late and the drive through lane was very busy. When it was finally our turn, we were told we could not order and that the they were only doing pick up orders for delivery drivers. The girl was quite rude.
Not the first bad experience we have had at this location.

Always gotta repeat your order due to the guy who takes your order is more concerned about his nails and eyelashes talking to other employees. Always gotta check your order then when you do they start giving attitude sayin "I know everything is there". I thought Broad st and 5th and State was bad this place isnt to far away from them.

Their 2 hour open lobby time is ridiculous and causes a huge line at the drive thru all day. It's causes extremely bad customer service and delivery services suffer a drastic loss of time andoney because of this. Yet every other McDonald's in the area has an open lobby, but just not this one for some reason.

After being denied service at a different fast food restaurant because I wasn't doordash, I settled for McDonald's. It's McDonald's food. You know what you're getting. Service was fast at least.

Very rude Manager yeah I said manager caught her talking about customers to a nother employee defferent order ever time I go there

Food was gross and overpriced. Threw it away and didn't even eat the chicken sandwich. Also waited a long time in the drive thru

I just went through the drive thru with my mom and I ordered a carmel sundae and the cup was not even filled up with ice cream half way. They did not give me a spoon with my order and then when my mom tried to get the kids attention to ask for a spoon he had walked away! And these kids want more money for what they do but can't even get a simple order right. Tried putting a picture of my ice cream on here but it wouldn't let me. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Eating ice cream while taking my money. Not even ringing up my order. Cold food. No straws. No napkins. No sauce. No ketchup. I would expect this from toddlers. Not young adults. Who is training these people? And how is this location still open? I will NEVER come to this location again! This food was for my children so yeah, I am livid! Can you people ever get anything right here? Management ought to be ashamed of themselves. The crew is a reflection of everything you are doing WRONG! Lazy and pathetic!

I walked inside and up to the register. No employee was there to take my order. It was 10: 25 pm. There were employees coming and going at the pickup station. None came to the registers. At 10: 34 I left without anyone coming to take my order. Management needs to hire more or better train their employees.

Horrible everytime you go thru the window waiting in long lines and I just want a ice cream cone. And the ice cream machines down. Need to get that fixed this is on 45th peach st erie pa. I think they just say that because they take it down early to clean.

Horrible extremely slow service - every time i come here it take around 30 minutes to get my food, I wont ever go back to this location again! A nightmare! Sitting in the drive through at the window no one shows up at the window for another 15 more minutes!

Where to even start first off they messed up our order and didn't even add everything we ordered so we had to place a second order for the items they missed. They tried giving us a 4 piece happy meal with cold fries when we ordered and paid for a 6 piece.when we corrected them they had us pull into the drivethru parking spot and said we had to wait for the remainder of our order.after 30 minutes of waiting a manager comes out with a order to hand to us which was a grubhub order and clearly not ours. Finally after a total of almost 45 mins of waiting we get our order (They didn't even give us 2 of our sandwiches or our ten piece chicken nuggets so we had to go back a third time for them to correct it) then when we finally got all our food the fries were cold and soggy and our sandwiches were still pink in the middle! Will not eat at this McDonald's again!

Best to go in 1st shift Monday thru Friday. On the Weekends the food is inconsistent as far as how fresh or how well cooked the food is. The drive-thru is also a lot slower. Other than that it's not a bad place to stop for lunch during the week.
