McDonald's, Lancaster PA

I come to this McDonald's at least once a week.

Extremely kind workers. Any problems I have encountered were dealt with promptly and kindly by either management or the workers. But I've only had one problem in over 100 visits and it was my fault. I think that's pretty good.

I would give them a higher rate if the one manger was working there 24/7! He does hands down an amazing job! When he's not there, i waited 23 minutes for my food.

This location is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is always consistently hot & fresh and the staff is always friendly. If you want McDonald's, this is the one to go to!

Fast food is no longer fast and convenient. And it's getting expensive as hell. Our total was close to 40$ for 3 people.

A good stop for a quick meal. The facility and restroom were clean and well-organized. Ordering was quick using their touch-screen menus. The food was delivered in a timely manner to the table. Service was good. I had a breakfast meal, and my only complaint would be that the coffee cups are extremely hot and they don't offer cup sleeves (the cup has a built-in sleeve, but is just as hot), so be careful. This issue represents the franchise, not this McDonald's in particular. Overall, a good experience.

I’ve never had a bad experience here and I live close so I eat here all the time, one time I got the wrong order and Will helped me out and got it all straightened out, Will needs a raise he’s the reason I go here. 20/10 best dude ever ️

It's convenient it's pretty good service is good as long as they keep that mocha frappe machine working it upsets me when that's not working and I can't get my mocha frappe

This is the best McDonald’s that I have ever been to. The employees were over the top helpful and kind. The manager was awesome and gave my son ice cream. I could tell there was team work here and they were working efficiently. Our order was finished in record time. And so clean!

Services are so slow and food could be hotter. Also everytime i go for ice cream there machine never working. Very frustrating

I love the mobile app works great and service is fast. The only issue is that you must check your order before you leave they often get it wrong

Fries were cold. Milkshake was chocolate milk. As if it sat in bag waiting on mcnuggets to cook. No sense on complaints.

You literally can go to a restaurant and get food faster. Thank goodness willow street has a Burger King where you can get served in a timely manner

Very fast service. Judging by the line i thought it would be a long wait and debated going elsewhere. Glad i didn't, they moved through the line faster than I've ever experienced.
This restaurant is now open for dine in again.

Waited 30 minutes in the mobile pickup for my meal. When I got my meal one drink was missing, and the drink that was given was the wrong one. Fries were ice cold. It's like the meal was done 25 minutes prior and just sat.

They have a guy who delivers curbside and he is fantastic! He is always so pleasant and friendly and helpful. His attitude made my day today.

Went through the drive thru at the Willow Street location at a little after 6am on Saturday morning, and it took less than 2 min from time of ordering to the time of pickup for our food. Food was hot, and the order was correct.

Just got chicken nuggets and large fries the food was cold and old smelling. I just worked a full day so thought I’d stop by. So disappointed considering this branch is always so good. Not coming back

Friendly staff and great service. Never had an order screwed up. Suggestion.bring back the characters, wouldn't hurt to pay someone to run around in a Hamburglar Costume, heck I'd do it for free!
