McDonald's, Lancaster PA

Mcdonald's is as mcdonald's does- meaning, run by a 20 something year old, in charge of a handful of teenagers making minimum wage bored outta their minds. Now, for the middle of Lancaster city, the place is above average in cleanliness but the service is lacking. Being a customer service professional my entire working life, I may be a bit harsh on these kids but learning good work and the value of earning your own keep with a job well done starts here. Pick it kiddos! Take pride in your work and you will go far.

This place needs to be closed cockroach infested. And very poor serving skills. I gave them 1star. Never again will i take my there.

Fries were cold and hard and they forgot to give me my drink so I had to wait for them.still, it's close and cheap, I guess.

The staff at this location are amazing. Always polite, smiling, and try to make the experience fun. There is almost never a line, and my food is always on point.

Horrible. They have a cashier that didn't even count my money I was expecting my change back and says I thought u gave me correct change McDonald's is not even good for you anyway

As a doordasher, this place is prettty bad. Typically 20ish minutes late with orders. Bums panhandle in the parking lot. Definetly lancs worst mcdonalds

Got a iced coffee and my straw had to fight for it's life to get past all the ice in there, it was like 90% ice 10% coffee.

I been coming here every morning around 7: 30-7: 45am after I get off work and always order the same thing for breakfast and either a smoothie or a caramel frappe and lately they have been telling me they’re cleaning out the machine so only have hot coffee & iced coffee, nothing else. I’m starting to get irritated because they open up around 6: 00am and don’t clean it out the night before they close or at 6am when they open! It doesn’t take long to clean those machines as I used to work for a McDonald’s should only take 15-20 minutes, but it takes these workers almost an hour because they spend most of their time talking to their fellow employees. I’m just disappointed in this McDonald’s location, might have to start going to other locations to enjoy nicer service

This is BY FAR the worst McDonald's I have EVER had the misfortune of visiting.there is NOTHING good to say about ANY part of this establishment!
Avoid at all costs.if possible!

One of the employees was extremely rude and spit in my food right in front of my face. I am appalled by the experience I had.

I've been going to this McDonald's for years and today just made me really upset. I understand being short staffed but this had nothing to do with it. I waited for over ten minutes while the car in front of me sat and waited I'm not sure if it was for the same reason I waited when I paid. I asked what was taking so long and nobody talked to me and finally gave my card back and shoved the receipt into my hand.then I get my food and my fries are ice cold. I was extremely upset

Workers here are so rude and need to work on there customer service. No matter what if someone orders a drink don't tell them it was the machine that only gave half a cup run it again till it's full and hand your customer their drink with a smile️ I should not have to come from the drive thru to the counter to ask for my drink to be fixed

Food was fine but it took forever ordering. The person who took our order messed it up over and over and we still ended up paying for too much food. Ugh

I actually enjoy going to this location because its close to home, they don't have you waiting for so long on your order, and the people here are very professional and humorous. McDonald's milk shakes are the best!

Bad no napkins in the bags and happy why do i have too ask they didnt put her apple slices in there had too ask for that made the ice cream sundaes before we even got the food so it melted faster

This McDonald's is ALWAYS on it. I have NEVER gotten a bad meal from this location. I actually go out of my way to eat at this one. I ate here twice in the last 2 days, and the burgers were hot and delicious, the fries were hot and salty, and the iced tea was fresh! You folks should give lessons to other locations, ESPECIALLY Columbia Avenue.

Well went to get food and as always they mess it up. They forgot a whole meal! Overall it's 2 for me. I hope they fix their problem.

The place is always nasty 95% of time before I so cold and my order is never right! They're lucky that they even got a one store considering there was a hair in my food on a recommend this McDonald's at all I'd rather drive to the Ephrata McDonald's I will never ever get back to this I was warned! But I didn't listen I went there anyways!

Walmart application did not allow me to pay had to go in and restaurant workers were somewhat attentive you could tell others we're getting close to they're end of shift
