McDonald's, Trevose PA

This store very close to my house that’s the only reason I was going there. But I have really a bad experience all the time. They always take a wrong order and give you a wrong food. Last night I order 1 Happy Meal and 3 chocolate chips cookies they charge me for 3 cookies but when I back my home and see 2 cookies and this is not the 1st time it happened most of the time.

What do you say, it's McDonald's lol. But I will say everything we ordered was really hot, fresh and the staff was real friendly.

Food was good but was wondering why dining room was closed on September 7th when it says on the outside it opens at 6 am.

Customer is not right at this McDonalds. Manager Sue is extremely and cares more about the bottom dollar than the customer. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I work for a food delivery service. Upon arriving and giving the pickup code I was told that that order had already been picked up by the manage Sue. So after calling the customer I was told that the food had not been picked up and had not been delivered. The customer is able to track the food 100%. They know when the food's been picked up and they know where the food is at 100% of the time. I also called Tech Support to confirm this and was told the same thing. After re-entering tell the manager Sue that there was a mistake on their end. She refused to admit it and even laughed in my face when I told her the mistake was theirs. Sue refuse to make the food and explain that she did not want to lose the money. Sue was more concerned about losing money than making the customer happy. What she doesn't realize is that the customer was refunded because they never received their food and she lost money anyway. The customer was not happy and said that he would never order from them again. And I also will never go to this location again. I will never deliver their food again and also will never give them one penny of my money.

Clean quiet and empty. Kiosks are closed for safety protocols but the cashier was quick and nice. There was a long drive through line which caused us to go inside.

Drove up kinda late, I’ll admit! Drove up at 11: 33 pm with my boyfriend for a quick meal after working late. Got yelled at “NO! CLOSED! ”, even though they didn’t close until midnight. I felt bad coming in so close to closing, as I am have worked in a fast food place myself. But still very disappointed in how we
we’re treated.

This restaurant Is awesome with a Drive Thru? !? !? Nice and great.so Sure i can Visit this Place next time. Kind of fun Here. Surely Good, as a matter of fact, Cold nuggets are good Which comes in How many pieces? Inside this restaurant here picking The Food up. Nice building and Storage.and Food.and the lobby Is open.great mac donald Restaurant But the FORMER managers makes extra Great food Like this.and, Like wise This place as of the drive Thru! Nuggets. Burgers. Shakes. Fries. Cokes.etc. Kind of nice Here, but. The milkshake Looked SUPER great! Nice drinks At this place I also Drank A sprite with my Happy Meal 6 chicken nuggets even good, sure great to come here again next time. See ya.

Mcflurry was good but food was not hot, went back with it girl said, no ways it coulds not be hot! Proper English would be good from counter staff first oof all. When I asked to speak with manager the girl said she's toos busy to come out here. The "pandemic" was bad enough on a business but to continue to loose customers because management does not oversee workers properly adds a new twist.
I left food on table and went to Arby's never to return.

I got to McDonald's at 11: 00 and there are people inside but no one is taking and it says 12 is when there are supposed to be closed

Ordered 2 big breakfasts w/hotcakes, a sausage mcmuffin with egg and 3 hashbrowns. This was too much for these people to handle.i get home and surprise, no sausage mcmuffin with egg and no utensils or napkins. This is by far the worst McDonald's in the area. I've also noticed they charge more than other McDonald's. I won't be coming here anymore.

Waiting in line of cars half hour when I spoke into the speaker only mgr on duty no staff I bought nothing pulled off not going back on Horizon Blvd

I go to this one and the one at hulmeville and street roads. Best scrambled eggs and when I ask for a quarter pounder with no cheese they are the only ones that don't screw up my sandwich.

Just went through drive-thru for dinner. Someone there does not know how to mac a Big Mac. Seriously you would think that would be part of the training.

45 mins before close, they give us the wrong order and we wait another 30 mins for someone to come back to the window (they never did) so we left, just to go around and find all the employees outside smoking. There was another car waiting behind us as well.
I was very upset to say the least.
My husband is at the drive thru as we speak and has been waiting 20 mins for our food.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, watched the car in front of me knock on the window, called the restaurant with no answer. 20 minutes after having given up and going to Wendy's, I see employees dancing through the drive thru window. Why are you allowing employees to ignore the entire restaurant and lose money during business hours?

So obviously when I asked for a combo meal separate from the Bundle box.the person preparing my food put everything all in one box. I held up the drive thru waiting on a meal that was packed away without me requesting this. In return this made my child who has Autism go into a screaming, crying rage because they wanted their food separated from the family's. Whole outing ruined without apology from employees. Just a bunch of stares and eye rolls.

I went there at early evening on a Sunday. Unfortunately, it appeared to be a new staff on duty and they had their troubles. First off, no one was working the 2nd lane. I sat motionless for 5 minutes before changing lanes. Then I made the mistake of paying with cash at the first window and received the wrong change. Then they gave me a receipt for the wrong order, which a manager said they'd correct when I reached the 2nd window. I still received the wrong order and couldn't enter the building to correct it, so I stood outside the drive thru window until I was able to get someone's attention and finally received the correct order. All told, it was 20+ minutes of inefficiency and miscommunication.
