McDonald's, Broomall PA

It's McDonald's! Not much to say, but they could pay a little more attention to what they are handing over to customers, it's usually wrong! Then I gotta drive all the way around again. You can certainly tell if the foods been sitting or freshly done ugh!

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with no pickles. Went thru the drive thru. It had the paper on it stating what it was supposed to be but was one Burger. Back thru the drive thru I go. There was no apology given or anything. Customer service must be a thing of the past.

This McDonald’s is the worst i ever bin to I ordered my food the person talking the mess my order up they didn’t put my 2 fries and milk shake on it the manager tells me I got to re joined the line to complete my order when they was mess my order up poor customer service never going back there and I hope no one else go there either.

Been three times for happy meals. Forgotten multiple parts of order every time. Adult in polo shirt clueless, 1 teen running around doing all the work

This place is terrible, even by McDonald's standards. I've ordered from this location three times, which is my own fault. First time, the food was cold, the rolls were stale, and the fries tasted like they have been sitting around for 2 hours. The second time, the chicken on my McChicken sandwiches were hard as rocks, the buns were inedible, and the fries again tasted like they had been sitting around for 3 hours. Today I stopped on my way into work for breakfast. My order was completely wrong, and when I called to ask for a refund they told me that they couldn't help me and that I would have to come back into the location. Completely unacceptable. Do not visit this McDonald's.

Had to pick up Grubhub order and the manager was literally sitting in the seats while I just stood there but as soon as the white man came in he jumped up. Have better customer service

Everyone was focus on the drivetrhu only! Ordered on kiosk and waited for 20min.to get my food and they did it wrong! Tried to get someone to help me, the person that was refilling the ice help me out (very kind, and friendly)

I ordered.large fry and it was not even half full.so tired of this happening! Food was not hot. It was not even at a busy time.

My cousin just got a colonoscopy and wanted something to eat. You gave him two sausage sandwiches and orange juice. For him it was amazing. It was close to lunch time and he was so greatful.

Although I'm super scared to eat this oreo mcflurry for it may have boogers or spit in it- yall fixed my problem the second I complained and I am grateful for it. Half an hour to wait for a mcflurry makes me sad but a free sandwich is way more than enough compensation so thank you. I did a short 10 year stint in fast food, including a few at McDonald's, and I know the dangers of complaining to certain staff so I'm going to feed this mcflurry to someone else for my safety.

I went around 10: 20PM and they were only taking cash. No debit cards were accepted after waiting 15 minutes.

2nd time coming here. Last time food was old so I specified everything fresh. Fresh fries, burgers, and nuggets. Got to the window asked again, the guy told me yes. And of course it was old. Burgers were messy ketchup mustard and onions all over the bun. Took pictures because at this point something has to give with the Customer service and presentation of the food

The new Chicken Sandwich is pretty good! The Large fry was probably more like a small which is why i gave 4 stars instead of 5.

They don't tell you things that are not on the menu until you get your receipt they have a good racket going

Cashier not sure about what meal options are available, for kids meal they gave the same toy again and did not want to change it which made a child very disappointed.

It was 10: 56 am. They advertise as all-day breakfast.
I was unable to get a plain English muffin.
That it. They use them on almost "all-day breakfast" menu.

But it was too late.

Very bad McDonald's.

One of the most organized and fast McDonald’s I’ve seen in PA. Huge parking lot, clean restrooms, self ordering kiosk. They offer table service as well. Great
