McDonald's, New Hope PA

Place. Was closed before posted hours still had 30 mins of service and wedding party wort of orders but you decided it was not worth your times.

Taylor from the drive through window on Tuesday Dec 20th had the most amazing hospitality!

Taylor is the best. He is the reason why I return to this McDonald's. Taylor greets you with energy and by your first name once you've made an acquaintance with him. Very professional in terms of communications and handling transactions.

I brought my co-workers for lunch a couple of times and now they are all big fans of Taylor, too.

If you've done a drive-through at this McDonald's during lunchtime or early afternoon, you will agree with this review.

They don’t deserve a rating this low. I’ve noticed an increased effort to make their food to the best of their abilities. Sandwiches are neatly assembled and the staff is friendly. Keep it up.

New Hope McDonald's is not my favorite but It has improved over time. The employees have become nicer and they seem to care a bit more

Just renovated and looks nice. Slow slow slow service. Food was good. Once again, no chocolate milk shakes.

This McDonald’s location is far more better than the one in the city area. Clean restrooms and well organized interior. Staff are nice behaved and friendly.

Slow, had to park for take out order. I only ordered fries, chocolate shake and two pies.
No chocolate shake and only one pie, then they had me go park to wait for them bring the food out. When they bought my food out the fries were only half filled. Still not sure what I had to wait for.

Just when there’s nobody in line and you think you might actually get fast food service, they’ll still make you wait out in the parking lot until you think they forgotten all about you and then maybe you’ll get a partial order. Forget this place they don’t have their act together.

Waited 20 minutes for them to get the order wrong. The new kiosk payment system takes away the human touch.

There were a few mix ups with our order when we came last week. However, the staff were quick to correct and apologize. Food was exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s. Bathrooms were clean. We only stopped shortly and were able to get in and out quickly so we could get back on the road.

It's called fast food yet I waited for 30 minutes just for nuggets. They are severely understaffed. Nice bathrooms though

Do NOT frequent this McDonald’s. Food is routinely cold and/or soggy, employees are rude and careless.

This is by far the worst mcdonalds location I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I have a crew working on a local project and we have made 7 + orders in the last week and everytimr food is cold, wrong ingredients are included, and even once we recieved burgers without paddies. If you go in the store to order as you wait almost every drive through customer will enter the store with wrong items or completely forgotten items they are trying to recieve. The staff seems to speak very little English and almost every order I have observed was prepared incorrectly. My advice for corporate is to fire every employee at this location and potentially permanently close to maintain your relationship with customers in the area. As I write this post a couple is discussing how they will never eat here again.

This is horrible Macdonalds. They are always so slow. Today I asked for a chicken nugget meal and was told there was no such thing. This place is a waste of time

THIS IS THE WORST McDONALD'S EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! The manager is about 20 years old, rude and incompetent! Every time I have gone there the staff has been so rude and the food horrible. They should get new ownership, it's a horrible McDonald's and I will never go back there again.

I have never been to this Mcdonalds before but we had just started our 5 hour drive and this was on the way. Im so happy we chose this one! Mr. Taylor in the drive through is such a treat! What a fun and friendly personality. He definitely improved my mood for this long drive! If I lived around here this would be my new go to mcdonalds

This place lacks customer service. Felt rushed to order, and part of my order was missing.

I stopped at this McDonalds earlier today and was refused service. I drive a truck that is too big for the drive thru, so I walked to the pickup window to place my order. Please note I have done this many times since the pandemic started, both at McDonalds and Burger Kings, and never had a problem. This time though the rude young man refused to take my order. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager. Fortunately I knew of a McDonalds further along my route that had dine in service (5 stars for them). I will never attempt purchasing from this particular McDonalds again though!
