McDonald's, Easton PA

Closed store midday and only had drive-thru open. Wasn't helpful for people who werent driving

I had the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. I was disappointed because I had it before and it was much better. Overall it's okay for fast food. I really like the fries!

Quite possibly the worst McDonalds on the planet. Awful service, inconsistent, employees yelling at each other. Its a mess. Went today and the doors were locked with the employees sitting around on their phones. Done! Shouldn't eat this kind of food anyway lol.

They forgot my kids meal on the same ticket of only 3 items twice wasn't busy just very unorganized

This place use 2 be on point.but since there's no 1 who want 2 work it has gone downhill. I order a small fries.they where cold.my small dr.pepper was only half full. Do better!

Never have I ever been in such a trailer trash infested establishment even with the understanding I am walking into a fast food restaurant. First off the two women handling my food were not wearing gloves. Never mind the fact I have currently been waiting for 12 minutes for a large order of French fries. There is currently no one else waiting for food and they seem to be having a grand old time socializing and joking around while my fiancé and I are waiting right in front. Not once has anyone asked if we are waiting for something or need any help. I would be embarrassed if I were any sort of upper management of this place. I do not have any high hopes of excellent customer service but this has been such a horrific experience. Thank god I live 115 miles away. Sheesh.

The employee at drive thru is very polite and attentive to drive thru. Food is always well cooked.

This MCDONALD'S has a horrible parking lot set up from parking to the drive thru also the inside wasn't the cleanest nor was the restroom I'm not one to quickly judge but it's the same every time also the workers lack any pride to there work.

Worst McDonalds EVER! We went in and the 60 seconds it took to be instructed to kiosk they ended breakfast orders.

Bad customer service and will spread the word. We were there in time.they didn't care.

Food was okay as expected. Service a little slow for fast food and made a mistake with order but quickly fixed it.

One of the best McDonald's around, the people are quick and food is made quick. The parking lot is absolutely terrible. If you drive anything bigger than a ford focus.good luck!

Employees are polite, manager was slow taking orders when customers were coming in. He seemed busy helping other employees probably short on help. Store was very clean and my food came out hot, great job guys.

Hey, it's a McDonald's what else can I say other than the help is phenomenal, the girl at the window gave me coupons that I could use right there and then. It saved me about $5. God bless her.

Do you remember when it took less than 10 minutes to get through the drive thru? Well it's been long enough that i don't.i've worked a drive thru.get it together.

The drivetrhru window workers were very nice and friendly. The highlight of this trip was the price of the vanilla cones. To my suprise they are a dollar.unlike the Bethlehem locations which charge almost 3 dollars for a single cone. Only improvement I'm looking for in the Lehigh Valley locations is adding strawberry cream pies to the menu.

Went through drive thru this morning. My McGriddle was missing the egg and cheese and they forgot 1 hash brown. They also had no orange juice.at 7: 45 am.

I love bringing my grandkids here. There's always something new. Besides the play towers, they always request the mining experience.

Fries where cold and i was parked for fresh ones and waited more than 20 mins. Manager claimed she forgot about my fresh fries.smh
