McDonald's, Allentown PA

As a cooker recently just left the place I would like to personally tell you all that the new manager who owns the place only hires one cook overnight the place is infested with roaches and the food sits in the warmers for hours before they're made for orders. All delivery orders sit there for about 45 minutes to 2 hours before they're actually picked up for delivery. And not a single person who works their washes their hands. If you get sick when you eat there this is why. Avoid this location at all costs

There Caramel frappe always broken really all I love is the oreo and grilled chicken sandwich please have Caramel machine fixed ughh

Worse customer service, my son ordered food on his phone once I arrived with the code they wouldn't let me pick up the food without his phone physically being there.also lobby hours say 11pm but I had to knock on the employee entrance to even be noticed.

They lie about their lobby hours. They lie about what items are available. They close most of their machines way before midnight. I can never get a god dam ice latte or anything of the sort after 7 pm here. Just doesn't make sense to me

Although there were at least 3ppl at the front counter, we were forced to use the kiosk for ordering. And, although the food was made fresh, the buns seemed to be from days before, very old and crumbly.

Worst McDonald’s in Lehigh valley they close the doors early shut down a drive through and have you wait 20 min to bring me cold fries to my car to have to drive back around (because doors locked early) to wait another 15 min for fresh food smh!

Every mcdonalds i goto the drive thru flows good but the past 3 times i come here the drive thru is so slow. People in line were actually leaving from waiting too long. Wont come too this location again

I went to pick up an Uber Eats order for a patron. McDonald's had a long line at the drive-through, yet they claim their system was down to accept the Uber request. The same reason was given by a different establishment.

Very poor service! Always out of most things, and even worse is the wait lines that'll make you wait for a long time before you realize you can't have the food you want.
The staff are rude if I ask them about this persisting issue. Do not waste time heading to this place

Lmfaoo giving one star is honestly too kind of me but there was a negative or 0 star option.
Listen. As of mid September and thru October, I have gone to this location 7 times and had to leave because they straight up DONT answer the drive thru. I am not even kidding. I've almost been physically fought twice by people behind me because they thought I was holding up the line when the workers straight didn't answer for 10+ minutes. If you're short staffed it is what it is but making people wait 10-45 minutes to ANSWER the drive thru window calls for closure of a restaurant or drive thru. It shouldn't even be legally open at this point if they have one person working the entire place.
If you don't want to feel rage you've never felt before, or if you don't want to be traumatized and get drive thru PTSD, don't come to this McDonalds.

I understand McDonald’s is not fine dining, I just wanted a quick snack after work. Completely disappointed. The drive through took half an hour to get through. The drive through lady was rude, When I got my food the frys were like rubber, they were cold and really gross. The burger was slightly warm, not good at all. The sprite tasted like it had perfume in it. Threw everything away, went home and threw up. Made me sick, worse McDonald’s in the valley.

Was given a wrong order this time instead of getting a shorted meal.
Come on guys wake up you wanted a day we're using you got it and services still poor 5 points McDonald's is even worse

I Shouldn't have even gave them a star.this particular McDonald's gave a big Mac straight out the freezer so it seemed.the burger was super cold almost frozen.

My chicken sandwich was dry burnt and it didn't have any sauce or pickle or nothing just 2 pieces of bread when I got home.

Terrible i went over just now and the one taking the orders through drive thru is utterly rude was giving him a coupon order and dude just completely disrespectful like cutting me off and everything while im speaking and everything like “ second window without even asking if im done ordering “ while not even letting me finish my order. Its in McDonalds best interest to take that rude guy out of his position simply terrible. I wish i took a picture of the guy so i can post his rude self on here.

Service was slow I waited a half hour. The employees were standing around just talking to each other. The food was warm and the got my order wrong

Get what you pay for. Use the App if you are a regular it offers some great deals. Drive thru line usually long but moves pretty quickly orders are always correct never had to go back in for anything.

Drive thru employee was hard to understand and got an attitude when I asked him to repeat what he had asked me. He told me to verify my order on the screen and I said to him it wasn't there then he said ok pull forward it is correct.
