McDonald's, King of Prussia PA

Touchscreen a big hassle. No one in line. Just wanted an egg McMuffin, counter person said I had to use the screen. Fine. So many options I winded up ordering something that was different. Sausage instead of ham. Yes, my fault. But still if I could have just said the words "egg McMuffin" it would have been easier. Two stars because of the complete unfriendliness of staff. Apparently, no one dines in anymore. It's all drive through, window, or delivery. I got the distinct vibe that they do not want people eating inside.

How is it that for the past weeks My family come here with good service, but tonight be treated horribly? If your gonna higher employees, then make sure they meet the Customer Service Criteria. Sadly Some just dont. Im disappointed with the employee who decided to catch an attitude with my family.

This McDonald’s blows. So slow. No one cares about getting your food to you or taking your order. You can wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no movement.

I ordered curbside, paid, and when I wasn't given the correct amount of items I was told "I'm sorry" and employee just walked away.
EDIT: just got home and the food i did get was wrong. Hilarious

Was surprised to find a late night busy McDonald's that got the job done pretty quickly. Kudos to the employees at this particular McyD's.

I didn't even get the food cause it took forever and when I say a long time I mean the line didn't even move so I ended up going to Chick-fil-A across the street, the line was longer but it took way less time

First time good impression made here. Bun was fresh, burger was hot and juicy. Fries were hot and salted just right. Thanks, McD's.

This is one of the newer McCafe's and is very nice inside. They have the automated cashier systems setup, so all you need to do is tap in an order, grab a table card, and wait. This seems to have freed up the staff since it is always clean inside and they get the food out to me quickly. The drive through is also good, I haven't had any issues.

Worst McDonalds ever! The burger was throw together with no care, so half the burger had cheese and the other didn’t because it was squashed into the side of the box not to mention the single pickle and raw patty. The fries were old cold and rubbery, as though they had been standing around for hours, completely inedible. The Oreo McFlurry was like playing “hunt a cookie” in a soda cup! So disappointing!

I pay 10 dollars for a burger and Attitude. Chicken fil a, lines are longer and the staff are friendlier. McDonald's have too much beef with the customers.lol.train the young girls how to be polite. Even coke have a smile!

Our food was ok. I guess I was so tired I just wanted something fast. Plus I believe it was the only thing open. Sorry no pics

Quarter pounder was awful. Been sitting around awhile for sure. What ever happened to fresh, made to order? I'll not return to that location, this is a repeat experience, thinking it would always get better.people just don't care.

Very good, fast service. Never had an issue with an order here. Items always taste fresh, and not like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. One of the best McDonald's I've been to.

They need to train their window folks cause baby the customer service is going to screw your reviews just FYI the first window like girl bye don’t like your job go find something else

This is the local McDonald's in King of Prussia and they offer the standard menu found at every location. The dine in option was closed during the pandemic but has recently reopened. Overall most people frequent the drive through, which can get long at times, but the line moves relatively quick.

You can also order through the app for pick up, and just park in a pick up spot and someone will come out to your car with your food. The app also offers daily deals so make sure to check it often. Currently featuring the spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets - we tried the nuggets and they were good.

Terrible service from the overnight crew. I come here for breakfast every morning. The new staff overcharged me and when I brought it to his attention he argued with me.
Then when I get my food there was no egg on my sandwich and no sugar in my coffee. Worst experience ever. Then they do not even want to fix my order when I called back
