McDonald's, Whitehall PA

Went there in the afternoon they messed up our order so bad and it was only for two people why and they read it back to me when we were putting in the order

You want to hear something hilarious but true? All these people that work for fast food/ restaurants.they go to fast food restaurants and expect to get fresh hot food and fast, which is understandable because you're paying for good and fast service.now this is the hilarious part
These so call managers/cashiers/cooks/ preps/that work for fast food, they sell you cold old food, that's been sitting in the so call warmer for more than an hour! And they have the nerve to sell you these bad food, and if you complain about it they get mad at you for asking for fresh food. They want great service when they go to any fast food restaurants.but if you go to their restaurant to eat, you have to eat the food how they feel like giving it to you.
This particular McDonald's if I'm not standing where I can see the preps or cooks these people will sell you old food that's been sitting in the so call warmer for a long time.
I've worked for fast food restaurants in the past and one thing for sure they don't like to throw away anything, even if it falls on the floor. Caution about what you buy here, just because you're paying for good hot fast fresh food doesn't mean you'll be getting fresh hot food. Check your food before leaving this and any other fast food restaurants

Probably the worst McDonald's out there. They have no clue what they are doing and provide a poor customer experience.

I'd give 0stars if I could went in my work truck app wasn't working could not fit threw driv-thru would not help

Typical McDonald's service was decent but they did miss one of our drinks at the curbside pickup

Quality of food is not great and the portion has gotten smaller. Fries were hot and tasty as usual.

Ordered with the app, waited over 20 minutes in the curb side parking for the food to come out. My drinks were missing, so I go back and ask for my drinks, waited another 10 minutes for them to bring it out. Then I get home and the fries were stale and the burgers not very good either. I don't think I'll be going back to that McDonald's again.

I want to know why, when I get a LARGE chicken McNuggets meal I get a MEDIUM drink but when my boyfriend gets a LARGE cheese burger meal he’s gets a LARGE drink when I’m getting a large meal I thought you’re supposed to get a large drink but I guess when I get my LARGE nugget meal I only get a medium drink. So what’s the difference?

Always busy but 4 out if 5 times gets orders right
Interior pleasant and inviting.
Entrance and exit easy access/exits.
Double drive thru usually moves pretty fast.

Supposed to be open at 6am but instead they are smoking outside and say sorry for inconvenience but we aren't open yet

Well let me let you know that I was not happy service was great but my dubble burger was Raw on the inside not happy at all will we going back not sure they need to treat there worker a lot better they do very nice people work there Remember management to make things better or get another job

A little busy around lunch time but absolutely worth the wait. In all my years going to McDonalds this place was by far the BEST food I've ever gotten. The staff were so nice, I would go back here in a heartbeat!

Waited 45+ minutes in line just to have other cars be served before us. Didn’t get our order right and gave us attitude when we asked about our order “the screen” doesn’t show you everything you order.
I’ve had better service in Allentown.

Omg.the wait does not change with this place. I was out in their spot waiting 10 mins and eventually had to call to make sure they had my order. All I ordered was a happy meal.

You would think nowadays owners of these franchises would care. $25 got me cold fries and burgers. Poor service. If you ask for common things like salt and ketchup they seem very annoyed. No thanks I will give my business to your competition. Obviously no owner presences at this spot.

Food quality has improved over the last year. Service is friendly and accommodating. Much better than the local BK, and that's coming from someone who prefers BK! Order screw-ups have become relatively uncommon, too. This McDonald's is better than most I've been to. Only real complaint is that the drive-thru line is frequently long and moves slow.

Normally I give McDonald's a 1 star because the food is terrible and I hate myself for days after stopping there because I'm starving. But this location has such pleasant employees that they don't deserve a 1 star.

It's McDonalds it's always ok. My wife likes the McGriddle and Big Macs but they been skimpy on the sauce and last time the buns were stale.

Ignorant I paid full price for something because I didn't ask for 2 and get them for 1 dollar covid Brain not going back there
