McDonald's, Allentown PA

Waited almost an hour for 15 bucks worth of food staff extremly rude missing many items in alot of peoples orders and staff calling an older women a b***ch just go to the burger king at least u wont be cursed out or wait a hour for ur stuff

Excellent drive through service and the funny lady in red christmas jumper a the delivery window. Overall very courteous staff i'll rate it a 10 if i could

Best McDonald's in the Lehigh Valley. Whenever I go to Columbia Care to pick up some supplies, I always stop for a nice fresh, hot burger. The food doesn't come mangled and everyone has always been super friendly.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. This only comes with butter and pickles. For some reason, the line decided to put American cheese and mayonnaise on it. I'm not sure why this McDonald's can't ever get an order right.

Really deserves 0 stars. The worst service, you always get the wrong items and never fresh. Plus the soda and condiment area is always a disgusting mess. I do have to say the morning staff is really great, but forget about the evening.complete laziness, nothing but employees goofing off, while you wait forever to be waited on. Oh and thanks to the night manager for banning me, she did me a HUGE favor:)

As far as McDonald's goes, this location is just okay. The last time I went they got my order wrong and the chicken sandwich was kinda overdone. About instance had a wait time greater than 30 minutes. So, in short, don't expect great things.

0 STARS. They consistently give me the wrong items. The worst part is they give me the correct sandwhich boxes, so when I check the bag I think everything is fine, but it's only until I get home that they give me a completely different sandwhich! Now am I supposed to open every box before I leave the drive-through? !? !? !? ! Tonight (Oct/21, around 9pm) I went through the drive-through and instead of giving me my order, they were chatting for several minutes. When they gave me my order, they didn't even say hello, because they were too distracted with chatting. No wonder I got the wrong order again! Never coming to this location again!

This mcdonalds rushed us while taking our order, literally all they knew how to say was “anything else”. I ordered TWO double quarter pounders and a ten piece. I got TWO ten pieces and one sandwich. Least to say they had us up and wait 5mins for our order and the person for some reason didnt know how to speak. No hi, heres your ordwr, thank you, have a good day, nothing. He only walked up and said did u get the 10 piece? Im done with how much poor work ethic most ppl have. I worked in fast food and had manners, and knew to double check orders. Stop rushing people so much. Work smarter not harder. Not worth $40 i almost paid.

Selling expired food! I went there a couple days ago and the nuggets tasted like trash - literally like trash. I did not continue eating this. I am 100% sure that the nuggets were expired for at least a couple days. How can you give something like that to your customers? Huge red flag! Do not go there!

Fast, reliable. I had 4 coupons & I was able to use all 4. I had to place 4 separate orders, but that didn't bother me. I was just happy they honored more than 1 coupon. That made my day! I like this location. They're really good with large orders, they actually get them correct!

Thay can never get the order s right and there so dirty and rude and hire nothing but kids with nasty dispositions.i swear there so unsanitary there they don't believe in keeping it clean

Service was ok - drive through wait was long and they got our order completely wrong - but they fixed everything in couple of minutes - otherwise food and service was good

McDonald's in Allentown, PA are all poorly managed.

35 - 45 min.waits in the drive through just for them to tell you they can't compete your order.

Avoid going there to pick-up Doordash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats AT ALL COST!

Manager will argue with delivery drivers when they give out orders to the wrong driver and refuse to remake the order.

French Fries were stale and cold. We would have complained but we were in a rush to eat and leave. We usually love their Fries.

After waiting easy 20 minutes our family Order was sitting inside the kitchen, until became cold. Then I went and asked why they skipped my number.then some one grabbed the trays and handed them to me.
Bad management.

I have to wait a long time for my food and and they put salt extra extra salt in my Burger because they got mad Because I complain. People don't go to that McDonald!

Always check your order before pulling away. Made the meal a large and got the right drink but tried to give me a medium fry. They are very disorganized. Happens a lot so I finally decided I had to post.

Overcooked fries and nuggets and cold as well. Wrong dipping sauce given. Missing 2 out of ten piece mcnuggets. Terrible service from second window employee.
