McDonald's, Erie PA

Best Mcdonald's is Erie. At least the morning/afternoon shift is, friendly, kind, clean and definitely takes care of the children that come in to play. Keep up the great work!

Was fun for my daughter in the kids area, and one of the few Mcdonald's I have ever been to that actually make thier sandwiches neatly, and are friendly.

Went today to order my food. The cashier (drive thru) had messed up my order and said just come on up and I will give you your total. I get to the window and the person was getting my 2 large sweet teas with ice. I proceeded to say no ice in them And he says it doesn't say no ice so your getting these. I said no I'm not I can't drink them. He proceeded to tell me well it is too late. I said no it isn't I just need 2 sweet teas with no ice.
Anyways Long story made shorter another employee came over and fixed my order.
Awful customer service today. I get that mistakes happen and I always try to work them out but this guy was very rude. P.s. I order from here atleast 3 to 4 times a week.

I like using the McDonald's app to order. Maneuvering around the app is a little difficult each time I use it but I do save money and I like getting the rewards to get free food

Good atmosphere, good food, classic McDonald's wouldn't have it any other way! Props to Ian made my day feel extra special!

Excellent service, very peaceful and clean unlike alot of McDonald's. Food was at perfect temperature and so was the coffee

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Have a kiosk inside that is user friendly. Can order, grab your number and have a seat. They will bring your food to you. Love that option, especially since I have a large family.

McDonald’s has became more about making money, and less about customer satisfaction and customer service. It’s impossible at ANY McDonald’s to be given enough time at a drive through in the country to even ask for a packet of ketchup. They hand the bag to you and close the window. 90 % of the time, a person can’t even get the total coat of their order until they’re at the window, waiting to pay.

Gone so far down hill. Reduced menu options, especially heathier options like salads. Have not eaten there since the lobby is usually closed. Have no idea why my phone thinks I was there as we are not even close.

On our drive back to Bradford, we stopped as it was on the way to the highway.
Very good! My fiancee said it was literally the best Mcdonalds burger shes ever had in her entire 31 yrs of life.lol.

This lobby was open to order. They have touch kiosks and counter order. The food was good. We did not feel comfortable eating inside. There was no outside seating. We ate in the car, which I never like to do.

Wish McDonald's would be more kid oriented like it used to be. So tired of the depressed adult theme they all seem to be going with now. Bland colors and just blah.

It was good. Clean. Haven't been in a while, they're bringing food to tables kind of like Hardee's but they don't seem to have the hang of that yet. Lid and cup dispensing is better/more sanitary than I've ever seen at a McDonald's so that was great. Food was hot and tasted good.

It's always a pleasure to stop at this particular McDonald's because I've been stopping here since I was a child. This location was the first McDonald's built in Erie Pennsylvania. This building was originally the golden arch that is no longer there because the building has been updated over the years.

This was the best experience at a McDonald's ever. You get take a table, order from your app, and they bring your food right to your table! You never have to go to counter again. And I appreciate this restaurant dinner room being open!

I used the kiosk to order my food, took the #card and went and sat down for them to bring me and my kids our food. 25 minutes later still hadn't received our food. So I went up to the counter and our food was sitting there on the tray and counter. Our food wasn't cold but it definitely had been sitting there awhile based on the temp of the fries. Why are we supposed to take a #card and sit down for them to bring us the food when ready. If they don't do their job and actually bring us the food.

Fries are old and soggy. Quarter pounder taste like cardboard old. For amount spent on 2 valu meals.should of picked somewhere else to just stayed home and cooked.poor attitude from girl at window.food is poor quality
