McDonald's, Kennett Square PA

The chicken nuggets and guarter pounder tasted bland, dry and overcooked. Quality has gone way down. Radio ad says buy one and get one for $1. The screen in the restaurant advertises the same deal. The cashier doesn't know what to do when the order is placed.

I have witnessed unforgivable things at this mcdonald’s location.i saw a rat run across an employees feet behind the counter and nobody even blinked an eye! Flies all over the food and i once opened my burger to find a pube like hair… hiding below the CHEESE! The employees look close to giving up on life.such a tragedy.mcdonald’s is not what it used to be… who knows if it ever will be again food is always cold, always missing majority of my order, one time i had decided to doordash hoping it would be better and they forgot majority of my order once again! I called, tried to straighten it out, which they didn’t even offer a refund; they told me to drive down & pick what’s missing up. I GOT IN A CAR CRASH AND BROKE MY LEGS, I CANT JUST “DRIVE DOWN THERE”. Don’t even bother, drive 20 extra minutes to get to a different location.

Apparently it’s hard to get what you asked for when coming here.my mother is allergic to pickles and asked nicely for a new burger, informing that it was made incorrectly; instead, the woman took off the pickles and put the bun back on, giving back the same burger.this woman spent all her time laughing and mocking my mother, when she clarified and asked for a new burger.and even going as far as making a mess of the new burger when my mother asked for ketchup.turns out the other burger she ordered as well also had pickles.she couldn’t eat it at all.how unsanitary, and disgusting of character of the workers here.is this the reputation they wish to put out for themselves? I’ve had all good experiences the while of coming here for a few months, but this is unacceptable.especially of an employee.

I did a mobile order which I’ve never had a problem with until I went to this McDonald’s. I went through the drive thru and they told me my mobile order didn’t go through yet I got a confirmation that it did. So she told me to come in and I just reordered and had them delete the other one which I guess they never did and I asked her if I would still be charged for the mobile order and she said no. Yet it was pending so it didn’t add up the people that work there don’t know how to do their job at all! So now I got charged twice for food I didn’t even end up getting. Don’t recommend going there!

I picked up an order for delivery. The attendant was nice and prompt. She got me my food as soon as it was ready.

We came to visit Philadelphia, we stopped by for a bite to eat, we ate very tasty, we were very satisfied, thank you.

I am so disappointed that the filet o'fish sandwich has become unappealing. The fish is lots smaller and thinner, you get half slice of cheese and an over abundance of tartar sauce. Plus they overcook it so much that it's hard to eat. They also need to take into account the cook time for their Mc Nuggets. They've made them smaller and thinner this making them dry and hard when continuing to cook them at the same temperature.

My fries were burned and cold. I got them for free with an app deal, but I feel bad for those who have paid and got burned cold fries.

Very hard to understand the woman taking my order. She messed up my order. Food wasn't that great either.

They're not even trying at this point. I prefer that all the contents of the sandwich be inside the buns

Sometimes they're good, sometimes they're not. 50/50 chance.update on the odds.it's now 30/70 on getting what you ordered. Prices increase, but the level of service has decreased.

It's love hate here. Sometimes it's great and others you sit at curbside pickup for 25 minutes with no one in the drive through.

A literal cockroach in my fries. I’m beyond disgusted and feel sick to my stomach. I’m glad I poured them onto a plate and wasn’t eating them with the lights off. Praying I don’t get sick because I ate half of the box before I saw it. Would give negative stars If I could.

Pretty good service, fast and accurate. Food was what I expected nothing less pretty good for fast food

I know that McDonald's is fast food, but I am tired I of getting burgers or fish sandwiches that are put together with the burger or fish halfway of the bun and the condiments all over the inside of the box. With the fish sandwich you can't even fix it by sliding it back on the bun because of the cheese. My tartar sauce was on the bun, but not the fish. I'd rather wait a few minutes longer and not have a mess on my hands.
