McDonald's, Johnstown PA

The food was good nothing above normal but hot and done. The best part was the Shamrock shake was perfection! Get them while they last.

Ordered a 20pc nugget meal and only got 16. Never thought i'd have to count my nuggets before leaving lol. Also had to wait at the 3rd window for a while as they made it. Not really blaming the staff but it's a sad day sharing my 16pc nuggets with my husband.

The food was good but they were out of sweet tea and vanilla flavoring when we went so we had to change what we would typically order.

They cant even give you the correct order. You have to check your own bag and do their job them. We should be getting paid not the workers.

We took our kids to grab a quick breakfast. We asked for orange juice but the machine was down so I had asked for a large coke. They gave a medium so I asked for the large. The amount of unnecessary attitude was insane. The medium they gave me had no ice in it and was half filled. Mistakes happen but giving attitude when I was friendly will not be tolerated. I will go to Burger King from now on for my kids.

This place is worked by kids who don't do their job. You wait a good 25 minutes just to go home and not get the food you ordered. They need to hire better staff. The workplace itself is dirty and I won't start on the bathrooms.

It was a joke. The kids up there one was on her phone while she was working. She also Didn't do her job Right. The one YOUNG MAN OF COLOR WAS VERY VERY POLITE ON GETTING ME A NEW MEAL HOT. THE BOSS UP THERE WAS A JOKE ALSO. THE KIDS UP THERE LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE RUNNING MCDONALDS THERE WAY AND NOT THE FEMALE BOSS!

Westmont Mc Donald of you want to have a burger and eat in with large group of foul mothef loud ignorant young people and staff, or if you like people wrestling and skate boarding around you this is the place

I ordered at the drive thru Paid for my order was asked to pull to spot 2 waited 25 minutes in my car with a sick baby and never got my order. Asked the food runners where my order was they had no clue. They went inside to check. I waited 15 more minutes they were running food to everyone who ordered after me so I drove back around to see about a refund. The manager on duty wouldn't come to the take out window to give me a refund they had me go inside with a baby who was just tested positive for covid. It was really packed inside so I left without my refund. They stole my money. This place should fire everyone starting with management and hire people who knows what there doing. Done with this place.

Very bad service. Food was literally given to someone then had to wait another 10 for my food. Do not come here unless you want to wait 30 minutes for your food.

SLOWEST fast food ever. Minimum 20 minute drive through and ALWAYS asked to pull up and wait for food not prepared. Orders rarely correct.

This was the worst service I have ever recieved at any McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. No one in the 1st window to pay so we finally pull to the 2nd window a young girl finally appeared in the 2nd window and rudely says you were to pay at the 1st window. We calmly said I'm sorry there was no one there. 5 min later comes back with my card and no receipt as I ask for one she walked away. They give us our drinks and ask us to pull forward and that's when we noticed 3 other cars waiting a head of us. We waited 25 min for our food and during that time 2 cars left with out getting their food. When we checked our order 2 items were missing so we waited again. All of our food was stone cold. I now can't even do a survey because they gave me no receipt. All of this while 4 employees sat in the dining room doing nothing. Someone needs to run that place and stop letting it be a free for all.

At 7pm went to order shamrock shakes for me and the kids and the young teenager said.we are not making them right now?

Horrible service everyone else got there orders but me getting very irritated. Would not recommend this McDonald's. Forgot to mention that they gave my food away to someone else!

Food is usually decent but lately no matter what you order you are told to pull up to the mobile order spots to wait for your food. So much for fast food.

I wish I could no star, there's 5 people waiting on food and all that I even ordered was 2 cheese burgers and a fry.they have nothing made knowing around this time is a rush period and you want 15 an hour.
