McDonald's, Harrisburg PA

Every time I go here, they are out of icecream or the machine is down or some other excuse that seems to point to a bad business model or bad magaement. I guess it's a requirement to be the absolute worst if you're a McDonald's.

Food was made accordingly and properly and I even got what I asked for not like Paxton st.

Friendly sales men and women who always have something positive and encouraging to say. They make the best caffeinated drinks of any McDonald's in the 17110 zip code area.

McDonald's especially this one and the one on Front Street is the most terrible service unfriendly people except for a few of the women seem to be friendly but but everyone acts like they're in another world they just came there to collect a check I really don't know how you can confuse so many people today with such simple orders and then they act like it's your fault

Food is good. BUT the staff is never paying attention when you pick up a door dash order or try to order at the counter. They SEE you standing there and continue to do whatever they are doing. The ice cream tastes like sour milk. They don't offer free small waters anymore. Most of their sodas have artificial sweeteners. Expect to sit at a dirty table smeared with big Mac sauce, ketchup, or even the occasional lettuce

Milkshake machine is down 90% of the time and when it is up and running it suffers from major malfunctions. The fries are almost always cold. At this point in time I have given up and resorted to frozen pizzas and ice cream from the grocery store.

I was 45 min waiting for my food, they didn't give a lady before me the right change and they refused to give her the money. Definitely a bad experience

Below par, weird hard pieces of lettuce on quarter pounder, and dont know how to count nuggets, i ordered a 10 piece and got 9

Had a great experience at this McDonald's! Was having trouble with the app on my phone but the manager helped me personally with my order. The young helpful staff also made my day by serving my food fast, with in a courteous manner and with welcoming smiles all around. A very enjoyable atmosphere!

One of the ok places to in Harrisburg to get McDonalds most employees in the week are nice new manager got a little bit of a additude but ok they never messed up my order but when they did it’s always because they accidentally added something without charging me so not too bad.

Three stars it's and ok place prices are always the same but it's Soo small inside needs a good upgrade.

Hash browns weren't warm.or hot. The McMuffins we're stale and the bread was extremely hard. The food came up very quickly and it's obvious why. I'd rather wait a bit for edible food.

The orders are never complete. The items that you order are never in the bag. You have to go back and have them replace it. There's never a manager on spot. They don't care about what they're doing. High overturned employees don't care about what about the customers? A waste of time. Food is below McDonald's grade

The people were nice, however I laughed at the other reviews because after 2 months the screen is still faded and hard to read. Anyway, as for this review.

I waited 4 years for McDonald's to bring their Daily Double sandwich up North. Bristol Va/Tn was a testing area for their new Daily Double sandwich which was absolutely 100% their best sandwich for the size and price. The Daily Double that I got here in Harrisburg looked like a regurgitated soul of what use to be recognized as a Daily Double sandwhich. My thoughts and prayers go out this sad sandwich and those that will be sure to follow. The South needs to take their sandwich back for the integrity of it's good name.

Worst McDonald's I've been to in my life. The lady was rude at the drive thru literally telling us to hurry up then they completely screwed our order up and forgot half our food. Worst service I've ever received!

They could be a little more generous with the BBQ sauce on the McRib. Also, Pickles were placed on the sandwich in a clump. This gem of a sandwich deserves more respect.
