McDonald's, Harrisburg PA

Every time I go here, they are out of icecream or the machine is down or some other excuse that seems to point to a bad business model or bad magaement. I guess it's a requirement to be the absolute worst if you're a McDonald's.

Ok first off they kiosk don’t give receipts so there no proof other than you card state meant saying it was payed for so with it being we don’t get receipts we have to just hope that they believe us when our order gets called out. Then another customer came and ordered and they gave someone else her food and the employee said they wasn’t gonna remake her food because it was already given like other ppl can have the same order this place is just really ghetto and very disrespectful

I am a dasher and I went there 3 times. They are slow and unprofessional. I had to wait 20 minutes per order. The one woman lied to a customer told him he might as well sit there cuz it's gonna be awhile so he left and his food was done in 2 minutes. The first time I was in there I got my food before the guy was waiting longer than me and came back and he was still there. I still got my food before him and I left and came back and he was leaving. There was another guy waiting to and I got my food before him too. Another guy was there for a long time and all he wanted was sugar packets. I went to 2 other mcdonalds as well and got my food right away I recommend Esienhower Blvd
There was 6 people there too working and still being all slow

McDonald's is not nothing anymore no new food same old thing and the prices are getting really hot quality of food isn't nothing

Walk in customer paying cash for breakfast. Walked In to find a hand written sing on cough shield the read (use Kiosk card only no cash). Asked someone to take my order they said use the kiosk. I told them I have cash not a card and they said "your going to have to wait" I stood there while the entire screen of orders cleared and no one was taking my order. I asked a different person if someone was going to take my order or was I leaving. 5 min later my order was taken. 25 minutes later I'm eating. I will not be back to this location EVER.

Thanks for the outstanding service ASH. He’s a customer service rockstar! Food though was off today. Fries soggy and tasted so greasy. Big Mac was lukewarm at best. So the service was on the money. Food wasn’t too good this time. It’s really just a game of hit or miss at this location.

Never stepping foot to this Mcdonalds again. I unexpectedly found out that this is the first ever Mcdonalds I've been too that rose the prices on their soft drinks. There not $1 anymore, they are $1.29 and they still have $1 drink posters on the windows. Honestly $1.29 for a soft drink That only makes scense at the Times Square mcdonalds. I also learned that i can walk an extra 20 minutes to the Mcdonalds on Paxton St and everything is cheaper over there and YES they still have the $1 drinks. Honestly at this point, this Mcdonalds is a joke I'm taking my business elsewere. Its Paxton St Mcdonalds for now on.

The ice cream cones were soggy we got ice cream barely even ice cream they had attitudes. They really didn’t wanna take our order we had got a chicken sandwich and it was cold like they did not cook it, I highly don’t recommend to go to that McDonald’s it’s awful

Hit or miss with this place ugh last week my big Mac had just 2 buns with the meat and lettuce must sitting there on top and then some days when lunch 1st start the find be fresh and hot

Horrible! People in this McDonald’s act like they act like they have no idea of what’s going on. They were taking all the Drive tru and completely ignoring everyone on the inside.

No stars the staff literally looked at us and it took them a long time to ask and take our order then the employee got an attitude and walked off because she was getting my order in correct she claimed she didn't understand

Will never eat here again it seems like a circus there meal and time total off workers making meals for there self while customers wait store seems to be open then be closed customer service is horrible i didnt even wanna give 1 star

That McDonald's is the worst McDonald's in Harrisburg customer service getting your food and supposed to be a fast food joint I've been to a lot of McDonald's but that one is truly the worst if you don't have to go to that McDonald's go to another one somewhere else but the one uptown is the uptown shopping center I wouldn't even waste my time

Weren't prepared didn't have menu items available and they weren't accepting card payments which sounds a little bit crazy because most people don't carry cash
