McDonald's, Indiana PA

Reasonably quick service. When school's out the lines are short. Orders are generally 100% correct. Twice in about a dozen visits I got pickles when I asked for no pickles. The lot is accessible from the main road as well as the back alley, which is very convenient. The fries are always on point, even if the burgers can be a little sloppy.

This location is becoming my preferred of the 3 in town. Everyone seems friendly and I think I've only had one screwed up order. The dining room usually looks acceptable.

Food was horrible under cooked soggy fries hair in big Mac got a hold of owner was supposed to send me free coupons that was 6 month ago every McDonald's in Indiana pa is a joke and dirty

I drove through for a quick lunch on the road. Food was served hot and tasty as expected. The staff was friendly. I'll be back next time I pass through indiana.

The last time I ordered they gave me bacon instead of Canadian bacon. This time they forgot the egg and cheese then when I drove the whole way back I got a new sandwich that was full of hairs

Door dash delivery missing items and the store blames it on the delivery person. The door dash delivery guy didn't pack our food. Failure to accept responsibility for mistakes and make it right.

Not the first time this location has messed up our lunch order and left someone without a meal and never received the coupons from the last time.

We will never order from this location again

They charged me 37.37 for a quarter pounder and a crispy chicken sandwich. That's a scam in a half.

We ordered 4 pumpkin pies, a bottle of water with 2 quarter pounder meals. They forgot 2 of our lives and the bottle of watwr call mm mm

They made me fresh coffee today and food was very hot

Was very unhappy with the service. I repeated my order 3xs and it still wasn’t right. Then my kids happy meals were just thrown in the box. I get you have to put them together in a hurry but come on that was rediculous

This was the first time I've been to this McDonald's. We ordered through the AP & did curbside pick up. The order was ready quickly, & everything was correct.

Order for uber eats and then waiting for order from you store for 1 hour I think better than that I discount the orders

Terrible hours lobby is never open. Service has gone down hill. 9 out of 10 ten time the order is wrong

Decent food and Decent service just they did not have self help kiosks on and had long lines

We came during lunch rush, so it was a bit slow, but the people were busy taking orders and serving food. Seemed short staffed, but that is getting to be the norm now. Very courteous.

Great visit! I showed up with a van of 13 people 20 minutes before they closed. The drive thru was open, but the dining room was closed. Having a bunch of kids, we wanted to sit out front, at the tables outside. We got everyone's orders, and a team member actually met us at the door, took our order/payment, then brought everything out to us, so the kids could stretch their legs outside. Not my local McDonald's, but I wish it was!

Overall, a good McDonald's. Major cons are that they close very early and have odd dine-in hours. If you order through the app, don't expect to be able to pick up inside, choose the curbside option instead.

Service and food is good. However, lately the orange juice looks/tastes significantly watered down. It is so obvious.why?

I ordered food to take back to the job site. I ordered 2 McDoubles, 10 piece McNugget, and a Quarter Pounder with cheese. I did not get the Quarter Pounder! Guess who didn't get lunch? The guy that made the run! Come on guys, there's a thing called pride in workmanship!

Ordered a double quarter pounder, God only knows what the hell they actually gave me. I could see the cheese right through the burgers, didn't know that was possible. Tried to call the restaurant and no one answered the phone. Lousy!
