McDonald's, Pipersville PA

$3.50 for two sausage mc muffins and they don't even give you cheese. These use to be a dollar. Not worth even stopping. Waste of time and money.

I ordered a #7 and there no beef patty on the roll just ketchup and pickles and cheese they charged me 20$ when it was supposed to be 14.92 they scammed me I am disappointed and will never go back here if the manager can contact me that will be great

Everyone else says it's awful here but I got some of the best food from a McDonald's I've ever had loll, everything was there, fresh and special requests followed

The awful attitude. Wrong order. As soon as you say you have a number on line they disconnect. I watched this woman see the number and go down to the bottom of the fri basket, which i assume has been there for hours and hours. Sad!

Not one person there has the competence to remotely read or execute orders correctly, I would have to say considering its been like this for years it’s management get it together hand jobs…

This place is a joke. They constantly make you park in a spot when no one is waiting in line. Then 2 seconds later they walk your food out and its cold!

Somebody please replace it with a Chick-fil-A!

Worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Absolute worst service I've ever seen. Sit at the drive thru over 5 minutes, no other cars, no one even takes your order. I pull off to find somewhere else that actually sells food, and a car pulls up after I leave and they take their order right away. What kind of service is that? They do this all the time, they make you sit there, no one in front of you, and they won't take your order for several minutes. If you don't want to do your job, stay home.

They refused to "round up" our bill and give the money to Ronald McDonald House. There's a sign at the drive through specifically asking you to. We asked the drive thru person to ask her manager since she had no clue what we were talking about. He flat out refused!

They mess up orders regularly and sometimes operate at a snails pace, slow and poor service. I won’t be coming here in the future.

This McDonalds is getting worse. You think after the last visit when I got a cold meal, I wouldn’t come back. I decided to give another try.: (ice cold fries) & I ordered through the McDonald’s app.) FYI the food Prep doesn’t start until you’re in the parking lot but these fries were done ages ago. What a shame they used to have staff that cared and would always be on top of things. No more hair nets, no more gloves when handling food. This should never change. Never again.

Absolutely zero interaction at the counter. Drive thru commands all the attention at these fast food places now. Pathetic work ethic.

This McDonalds doesn’t want your business. Fries are cold. Tried dining in, food in a bag dropped at counter with no acknowledgement by apparently mute staff who also ignored my questions. Resorted to rooting through a door dash bag to see if it was my order or not. Only 1 table was clean with a plastic number on it so was reserved but no one used it. Not our first try dining in here but the last.

Has to be the worst McDonalds I been to, how do you forget to put put beef patty on a cheeseburger, Happy Meal cheeseburger, wish you could see disappointment on 8 year old boy.

Slow? Can not order from counter! Have to use kios machine. Very disappointed! There are only 4 employees working every time I have visited and there is always a difference manager. I waited '20' minutes for my food. No one speaks English and they only cater to the drive through customers? This place should be SHUT DOWN!

I got a Big Mac a fish fillet and a medium fries the fries were cold the Big Mac was almost cold the fish sandwich was good

Worst McDonald's ever. Fries dumped upside down in the bag, everything was old and cold and no one that ice talked to there is very pleasant. With the price of things now, it's just not worth it.

Went through the driv thru at 10 pm and had to wait in a parking spot for my order, but it came out about 5 minutes larer and everything was hot.

I don’t understand how they can be so slow! The restaurant is always full of people who have been waiting over 15 minutes for a meal. This is the only McDonald’s we continually have problems with over and over again. Please send help for them.

The drive thru service at this branch is agonizingly slow. It seems like they're constantly understaffed. I have been through it half a dozen times now and not once has it matched most restaurants drive thru times.
