McDonald's, Lewistown PA

Waited over an hour in drive thru for 3 happy meals! Couldn't get the happy meal Halloween buckets for the kids due to them not having any, forgot my pie, and 2 of the 6 piece nugget happy meals only had 5 nuggets in them! It was terrible! Esp waiting w 3 kids in the car!

Stopped in after a Dr's visit in Lewistown. Ordered a fish sandwich and fries. The drive thru was a disaster, had to park the car and go in to get my order. I have to say, this was one of the dirtiest McDonald's I think I was ever in, the windows looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. When I got to my car and opened up my sandwich there was tarter sauce all through the box, on the outside of the sandwich, got it all over my hands, it was a mess. I think they missed on the first shot. This franchise used to have higher standards, don't know what happened but they've really went down hill.

They need to re brand this as something other than "fast food. " There was NOTHING fast about it!

Good place. If you need a quick job to get by, it can be good. Also good food. Tip: want fresh french fries? Ask fo fries with no salt. They usually prep the french fries with salt on them.

Ordered medium pumpkin spice latte (hot). Waited in drive through line 20 minutes & only 3 cars received their orders in that amount of time. I was given small pumpkin spice iced coffee instead. Told them I ordered it hot. So they poured my cold brew into a hot coffee cup without ice. It was awful, still cold when ordered hot & they used way too much pumpkin spice, it was overpowering. Not first time here where disappointed & waited in drive through way too long. Kicker was, no apology for mistake & piss pour service.

Ordered a hot caramel macchiato and a regular black coffee coffee was fine had to wait 10 minutes before the hot macchiato came out. Atleast 10 others went around while I was waiting and the hot caramel macchiato didn't have the caramel in it! What's up with that?

Awful, waited 20 minutes for cold fry. Got a sweet tea and wasn’t even sweet! Can’t get anything right!

An absolute disgrace! My fries were cold and hard. My sweet tea wasn’t even sweet! It’s an absolute waste of money!

Large servings, friendly knowable wait staff, food was hot, icecream funnel cake was delicious.fast service.

First thing in the morning, entryway floor was filthy. Mens bathroom, had no toilet paper, im talking both BIG rolls were out. Come on guys, basics here.staff was friendly and responsive to the toilet paper issue. Other than that, its a standard McD's.

Poor service, poor quality, never hot, warm soggy fries is there specialty and full cup of ice for your favorite soda

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The door to get in was sticky, the restrooms are disgusting, the tables are dirty, flys in orange juice, etc. This is not a place for your family to eat at or you will get sick with something! This was also in the morning so everything should have been clean which shows they don’t clean anything.

Food was cold and didn't get what was asked would not recommend going there.definitely not going there ever again! Coming from a fast food worker!

Had to give at least one star to share our experience. This was by far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been in. Took our grandkids there for lunch. ALL of the available tables were filthy dirty with crumbs, liquid, napkins and paper from previous diners. The floor was also covered with the same. Will never, ever return to this McDonald's.

I disagree with those who say this is not a good location. I often stop before work for coffee and sometimes a sandwich, and it's always a quick and easy experience. Everyone is friendly and I've never had any complaints.

Waited to long for to take order and nuggets were over cooked and 15+ for my is ridiculous 2 cheeseburger meal and 10 peace

Girl was EXTREMELY RUDE! Did a mobile order and had a trailer attached to vehicle. Inside dining room was closed. We were told to go to drive thru.they couldn't help us at the counter. We ALWAYS have issues at this location!
