McDonald's, Meadville PA

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, it is faster to drive up to the one on the hill, order, get food, and drive back here than it is to wait in the drive-thru.

This McDonald's is the most inconsistent establishment I have ever frequented. Sometimes the service is fast and professional, other times it is slower than molasses on a cold winter day. I have ordered and left before paying for my food and receiving it at least twice before, due to the 20 minutes I had been waiting in the drive-thru already.

They frequently get orders wrong so be sure to check your bag before you leave.

Only upside is they are at least consistent with the quality of the food.

Honestly the worst place to get fast food in Meadville. General drive through wait time is 30 mins. And don't think doordashing the food is any better, they'll just let your food (that you already paid for) sit there and get cold while the driver waits in line.

I'm convinced the management here are a bunch of pigeons masquerading as humans.

Seems like this specific store doesn't care anymore. Everyone is short staffed but at least all the other fast food places try. Never know if they're open or closed, which I could understand if it wasn't for the fact as I drove around to leave they were just in there standing around and joking. If you actually want your food in a decent time (even in understaffed time) go to the other one. They at least try. And definitely do not Doordash from this one. They get the order done then the driver has to wait in line 30 minutes and it's cold before they get it. If they would run the food out they already made it would cut down severely on the wait in the drive thru.

Dining room is closed, drive thru lines are 20 min wait times and the food has become sub par with cold fries and patties that look more steamed than grilled. The service seems to need someone who understands the founding principles behind the brand.

They have taken my money never gave it back nor gave the food we order… not to mention the attitude from the workers when asked for a refund.highly recommend to go to the one on the hill‍️ Corporate will be getting called this has happened more then once

I pulled into the drive through at 9: 45 and was told they closed at 10, and and couldn’t order.i’ve worked in the service industry for years and NEVER have i rejected someone 15 minutes before close, i’d understand if the kitchen had to prepare but isn’t it called “fast food” for a reason? Lol.anyways.i’m not pleased.

After waiting nearly 30 min in the drive thru for my order, I finally received my food. Only to notice I was missing one burger! When I ordered I said no pickle no ketchup. So I went back to wait in line for another 25 min to get my burger. Get home it has pickles on it with no mustard an no ketchup. I specifically asked the lady when i had to go back the second time if it was made correctly? She told me yes! As I picked off the pickles the burger broke an the burger was very pink inside! I will never give this place my money again!

Very nice service, although my chips ahoy flurry only had chips ahoy on top of it, not blended. My spicy crispy chicken sandwich was not crispy it was soggy.overall i think that you should go to the mcdonald’s on the hill.

My family bought 6 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits and instead of scrambled eggs they all had the fried egg like the McMuffin has. Although they tasted ok, I was disappointed.

I am a DoorDasher in this area. I personally don’t eat McDonald’s because it’s garbage. But this place makes the garbage food experience even worse by having possibly the worst service ever. They are consistently slow, they choose when they want to turn their outside lights on randomly. They don’t stay open according to posted hours. Any order from here will lose a door dasher money because the orders take long. Even when their is no cars in the drive through. I’m waiting for someone to either take control of this place and fire the terrible management or for this place to just shut down.

As a doordasher, I rate them the worst restaurant in meadville! They require the dasher to go through the drive thru and the wait times are ridiculously long. It's a huge waste of time and money for doordashers, and they won't even give a cup of water for free for their dasher wait!

Refused to give me my order I paid for because my code went away after the app timed out waiting in a 13 Car line starting at the entrance. I had my recipt to prove I orderd it but they wouldn't give me my food or money. Never going here again.

The hours listed are wrong. It's not 24 hours and they don't even open at 6 am. And they don't care. Why should they? Look at the recent reviews. It shows that their store and regional managers don't care about their people.

Couldn't even get the food we ordered via their app: the store was open (around 11 pm), but employees refused to talk or acknowledge our existence in the drive through, even after going up and knocking on the window, despite clearly being able to see us.

I ordered a Iced caramel mocha with extra chocolate Carmel syrup and got milk espresso and Carmel drizzle witch is not I repeat not the same as syrup now there is a thick layer of Carmel at the bottom of my cup the entire drink order was wrong no whipped cream no actual flavor syrup just milk espresso and a tone of Carmel swear they hire just anybody these days this looks nothing like the picture ijs ‍️

Mcdonalds should just go retro worldwide. We liked the way it used to be. Double arches and food that actually went bad.

They are not 24 hours. They close at 9. Pulled into drive at 830pm and sat in line for nearly 20 min just for them to say the car in front is going to be the last order. There was no cars behind me either so what’s one more order. Manager was very rude. Would not recommend to come here there’s always something wrong wether it’s cold fries, Nuggets burnt, or McChicken not fully cooked. The one on conneaut lake rd is by far better!

I went there for dinner and do 2X double cheese burger and basket of fries. And one of my sandwiches didn’t have cheese. And the other 3 looked like this. And they are only going to fix the one that didn’t have cheese.

Two lane D/thru only service? Took over 20 minutes to get an $8.00 breakfast order? When we got the young lady gave us the milk and oatmeal as it that was the complete order? I asked for the two sandwiches and she apologized and gave them to me.looked in the bags and there were no napkins, so had to ask for them. A good place to open a real McD's is downtown Meadville? Just saying.what are they thinking about?

Cold and old. I figured it would be fresh considering the line at the drive thru, so you wait a half hour in line for cold and old.
