17I went in this McDonalds location after shopping in Walmart, I ordered some food and a large drink, My food wasn't what I thought It would be and my fountain drink smelled like a public restroom. I vowed not to eat there again.
This place needs shut down. I watched these girls touch their faces and hair and then touch food. Didn’t wash their hands. Food was cold, I paid for extra cheese and pickles and didn’t get it and the managers hair was free flowing no hat no hair net not even tied up. Disgusting
They would not take anyone in line till after 11 that way they didn’t have to serve breakfast. Also both Kiosks were not working so we could not order breakfast off of them. Laziness to a whole other level.
First and last time at this branch.
Provided cups where dirty underneath rim. A fly and some fruit flies flying around on the eating area.
The food was served carelessly.the burgers were soggy, the cheese not melted, the fries and nuggets dehydrated and stale. To top it all, a hair on the food tray.
NEVER AGAIN.
HORRIBLE. I wanted to beat the manager. First all three of my burritos were frozen inside, my McGriddle was frozen in the middle and pink. My ice coffee tasted like muddy water. And when I called to talk to the manager he kept talking to everyone else and wasn’t answering or talking to me about my issue. Worst McDonald’s and worst service at a McDonald’s that I have ever had. I have a four year old and I’m Nine months high risk pregnant and they’re lucky I didn’t eat it or I would’ve had food poison and who knows what or how it would have effected my unborn son and my daughter I will be calling corporate and the health department.
Marisa was so professional and nice. She was rushing to complete the orders, and at the same time being so polite to all customers. Thank you Marisa!
The coffee did not taste fresh, it made my stomach hurt and turn. You need fresh coffee, not old coffee.
Used to like this place but you can't even walk in to get a soda and the line is always forever
The most horrible experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. The lady got attitude with me because I told her one cinnamon roll instead of two and she got smart with me then when she game me my order she just slammed it on the table and said your orders out
Terrible, if the employee would stop hitting on the walmart workers and start working maybe the service would get better. I doubt it.
Ordered a McRib from here and the bread had spots of mold on both sides. Absolutely disgusting. This place needs a health inspector to shut it down
They have McRibs! They don't have seating or drink fountains where as other restaurants do though.
Drive 20 minutes to McDonald's to be told their out of almost everything specifically all milkshakes? Only McDonald's worse than this one is the one on Paxton street. Done going to McDonald's after that. This place is a joke how do you run a franchise and you don't have any other products
The person who attended us had a very ugly attitude, which hurts that such a great and excellent company has such rude people.
Coffee is burnt and nasty, tastes like I was made yesterday. The workers refuse to make a new pot when I ask nicely.
Harrased by Michael that I cant be served because of no mask. He was rude when I told him I was disabled and don't need one. Treating disable people like that is uncalled for. He was so mad luckily I got the hair he put in my burger. I am thinking of filing a discrimination lawsuit
Manager AND employees RUDE and disrespecftul. Argued with me when i asked for a refund due to their poor customer service. The manager asked me "why" and even threatened to come over the counter. When i asked for the employees name so i could call coporate, she took off her name tape and decided to go talk to her co-worker about the situation. I called the police for an incident report. I even called corporate and never recieved any call back about the issue.
