McDonald's, Levittown PA

I will wait or go out of my way for this McDonald’s! The only mistake they’ve ever made was a sliver of onion got onto my double quarter pounder. EVERY time I go there the burgers are freshly made just as the advertisement states “Made fresh when you order! ”. Not all of the McDonald’s does that, but this one ALWAYS does whenever I’ve ordered! The employees all seem polite and pleasant. If you want to know how a fresh quarter pounder tastes, and not a dried up, day old, hockey puck, shoe leather that the fairless hills McDonald’s serves, give this place a try!

Food took forever. Then was incorrect. This place will never improve. I've given it almost 6 yrs lol.

Food has improved since the last time. Customer service was great. Food cams out fast hit and accurate

Neg: dinning area had an oder to it.

This location is alot nicer since it's rebuild a few years ago. It's usually clean and presentable when you visit.

Customer service is horrible & ice coffee taste 3 days old. Paid extra for stuff & still made it wrong.

My favorite McDonald's. Food is fast even on busy days, staff is always friendly and it's really clean whenever I've been in there.

Great customer service. Hot and fresh food. You can tell the manager takes pride in this store. I Will be back for sure

Forget the steak egg cheese on bagel, no longer served. Thats my favorite sandwich. The food isn’t as good as it used to be.

Glad to live near my McDonalds been going there 35yrs back when it had this huge playground total shame they destroyed that one of a kind Anyway food is always hot and fresh and Milkshakes are banging!

I got a crispy chicken sandwich no pickles multiple times it came with pickles even the bag always says no pickles how high are you guys over there?

(3) stars because they always shut down 10 minutes early. This is the 8th time in 3 weeks. IF THE HOURS ARE OPEN UNTIL 11PM, KEEP IT OPEN UNTIL 11PM. There’s always 3-4 customers pulling in and when you go to order it says, “We’re sorry, we’re closed. Come back during normal business hours. ” It is NORMAL business hours. STAY OPEN UNTIL 11PM OR CHANGE BUSINESS HOURS TO 10: 50PM!

When they are open, the employees are ALWAYS friendly and well mannered. My food is always hot AND fresh as well. My sandwiches (mostly Big Macs) are always made to perfection too.

I ate a dozen or so of the new crispy chicken sandwiches and it's pretty good but then I got one that wasn't. I've had chicken sandwiches like this at other fast food places (1 out of every dozen). Its rubbery, not overcooked, not undercooked. You can't even bite through it. After researching it appears to be an issue with the low quality sketchy chicken meat. So I'll definitely not be getting one from Mcdonalds again.

Their service sucked it literally took them a half an hour to get just nuggets and fries. The bag was just sitting at the counter and no one seemed to notice.

Service wasn't all that great. Rude employees. Condiments could b a bit more given when asked. Kids eat ranch 2 never works for 2 kids ND 1 adult eating with fries ND nuggets. Order was slightly wrong on one sandwich just need to get them to work with a smile.

Worst experience ever 50 minutes from back of line to actually getting food. Said they were short staffed but i seen at least 6 workers. And management had a attitude He should honestly get the boot. Corporate will be getting a call for sure

Mobile Order and Pay makes it so easy to compile unique orders, stress free! It also cuts back on line time during those busy hours. Just last night when I arrived, the drive thru line was pretty long, so I pulled in a spot and placed my order. They can bring it out to you, so you don't gotta wait in the drive thru line. I like the drive thru option, though. It's just great.

This is one of the much better McDonald's besides the one on route 1 in langhorne. Very pleasant employees willing to help you do your ordering and it's something's not right they will make it right thank you route 13 as well as the one on route 1.

They only get two stars, because of the cleanness of the place n service was fast and Curtis, but the food was messy, I mean the bun was drenched I mean soaked, I got a spicy chicken sandwich, the chicken slid out of bun, every time I took a bite, or tried too, just horrible, my two children ordered crispy chicken sandwiches, they were not crispy, but soggy also, Mcdonald's is on the decline, at least they got the order rite this time.
