McDonald's, Edinboro PA

There are not ever enough employees. If you go there any weekend night you're guaranteed to wait AT VERY LEAST a solid hour in the drive thru. Not the employees fault though. They are doing what they can. They need to hire some more ppl.

Let me first start by saying I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review anywhere. I waited 22 minutes on my lunch break earlier today for takeout. Fries and nuggets were legitimately cold. Sandwich was good. My order was wrong twice though. Given the incorrect size cup (oh well). Decently clean. My question is - why the hell did it take 22 minutes for fries, nuggets and a sandwich at 1: 30pm? The drive thru had two vehicles in it. Get it together guys. The younger employees appeared absolutely CLUELESS while the manager was literally running back and forth busting a sweat while the store was practically empty considering it was lunch hour. Re-train the younger employees and PUT LABELS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BAG so you don’t screw up four customers orders consecutively. First time I’ve ever been legitimately upset with anyone in the food service industry. Sorry, but y’all earned those two stars.

Completely incompetent staff - a shake, fries and 10-piece nugget should NOT take a half hour to make. If I worked alongside these people, I would be so embarassed.

The chicken sandwich I ordered had to be made fresh. When I opened it, it was burnt and dry. Some of the people working at this McDonald's don't care at all, and some of the people do a really nice job. It's very unfortunate.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST MCDONALDS IN ERIE COUNTY! MCDONALDS IS KNOWN FOR ITS GOOD FRIES 'NOT HERE', ALWAYS COLD, ALWAYS AND UNDER DONE DIDNT THEY USE TO BE CALLED'GOLDEN FRIES. BROKEN ICE CREAM, BROKEN FROZEN DRINKS, NO PIES. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!

I mean it ain't the old fifth and state McDonald's in Erie by any means. But a McDonald's all in the same. Better than some.

For a fast food restaurant, this McDonald's is a very relaxing establishment. I find myself returning for breakfast multiple times throughout the week, not because of the food, but because of the lovely atmosphere set by the music and the dedicated workers! Customer service is phenomenal and I never have to wait too long for my food, regardless of when I come in to get it! I can always count on this place to brighten up my day. Definitely recommend stopping in!

We worked nearly 15 hours, walked into this location (my vehicle would not fit through drive through) 5minutes before closing- we were treated with attention & kindness, the workers served our food fast & did not display any issue or warn us they were about to close- these are the kind of workers that deserve a raise!

Every time I go there just to get a frappe, no one wants to talk to me on the speaker. I try to go inside the door is locked, whata joke. Guess maybe they think I'm someone else, there is more than one blue tacoma

We went through the drive-thru on Saturday, February 4th at approximately 2: 45. I was very impressed by the young man who took our order. He is by far the friendliest fast food employee we’ve come across. I did not get his name but just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to be treated so well.

Waited over 30 minutes to get food that i ordered for curbside then had to go through drive thru to tell them i wanted my order got excuse sorry not accepted at all

Ridiculous can’t even finish ordering with be asked if that’s it’s after each thing like wow! Then the one guy gets so mad about the mobile app

The only McDonald's that's local. Staff so far has been great. I have a service dog and have gone twice with him three times without. Both times I went with him I was NOT hassled or treated rudely. It was a pleasant experience. BUT I would perfer I was asked the two legal questions, 1.) "Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? " and (2) "What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? " As my disability related need for my service dog is not obvious. I would be glad to come in and educate staff if wanted.

Does not matter what time of day I go here.it always seems to be slow service. And don't let them send you to the 2nd window ever. They will forget about you. So idk if the food is 5 star or not because I never get it fresh.

Best to go when it's not a rush hour, work related time as they get very busy! But they are quick and polite and very respectful.

By far the slowest McDonald’s I have been to. They constantly forget items, and when we ask for sauce they say is in the bag and it never is. They need some serious attention on the way they run

They have finally redone the parking lot, which was nothing but pot holes. There staff not all could use some training on how to deal with the public such as attitude and respect. Some are overly rude. If you don't want to deal with the public your in the wrong field.
