The best way to gauge any McDonald's is to compare it to other local McDonald's. This one is the best in the area. You can tell the owner of this store loves their team and is proud to own such a great McDonald's. Clean store, quality control, and a well trained polite team. If you want to experience the opposite, go try Malvern or Phoenixville.

The female manager with the dark hair in a pony tail that wears a mask needs to work on her customer service skills. She told the guy at the window that I had to come in to get my shake, so I did. Then I stood there, waiting, like she asked until I'd stood there for around 5 minutes. I finally told her we still needed the large shamrock shake. She said "well I didn't know. " I said, "You literally just told us to come inside for it. " She said something about she had to pull the order? I don't know what that means, but we thanked her when she gave it to us and she ignored us. Do better.

They say breakfast stops at 10: 30 but it really stops when they run out! What a scam! Poor girl was apologizing for something the greedy owner controls against company policy. Stay away or come and hour early if you want breakfast. Posted hours mean nothing to this establishment

The manager there needs to learn proper customer service skills, she always has a poor personality like she is angry

They have a nice indoor playground.
This STORE NEED more training, because: (1) On 1/23/2023 at 6pm the staff at the front desk does not know how to cancel the items incorrectly put in, he asked another employee in the kitchen for several times. All the discussion were conducted in Spanish at the front desk. (2) three weeks ago another employee at drive through missed one burger when my whole order content was “two burgers”. I called the store 5mins later after leaving the drive through. The phone was connected but by some unknown reason the operator stopped responding the first two sentences. I hung up and called back, it was the same situation

The customer service here is wonderful. I needed some help and Crystal was kind and quick. The play place for kids is great and clean. Absolutely recommend

Today was a rough day for me. My debit card declined everywhere due to a fraud alert. I hadn’t had anything to eat all day. I’m 7 months pregnant. I come to McDonald’s to use my rewards, I had a free 6 nugget meal and a free medium fry. I also had $2 in change for a soda. The rewards wouldn’t scan.the manager was very helpful. Ended up giving me the change in his pocket to help me afford my food. These people don’t make a lot. The people that work here are kind and generous and honestly I couldn’t ask for a better McDonald’s to have in my neighborhood ️

Definetly a decent place for quick bite. Customer service is patient although communication can be a barrier sometimes.

Inside seating closed before 8pm on a Saturday night. Sat and waited in car while person two cars ahead waited 10 minutes for their food to even come out.

Very rude. Gave me wrong order and said “ not my problem “ when told them. Horrible location

I am so over this location. Every time I get breakfast they always be forgetting stuff. The last straw that broke the camel back was when they forgot to give me one of my food items, went all the way to work and had to turn back. When I was they I had to wait for five minutes for two little burritos. And then the lady toss the bag on the counter and said oh sorry then walked away. What a great costumer service. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Isn’t wasn’t like they were jammed packed. One hostile customer.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s a quick fix nothing there’s an original two, but the fries are amazing

Ordered a Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie through the app, but I was told that they no longer have it even though the app said they did. Thankfully I was dining in or I would have been a little upset if I was just coming to do mobile pick up and leave because they would have had nothing ready for me and I would still had to wait for them to make the order.

Horrible I asked for 2 big Mac they gave me bread with 2 meat and cheese just plain! No sauce no lettuce nothing it was like eating a card board! Just 2 peice of meat and 1 cheese on both! Horrible service!
