McDonald's, Waynesboro PA

Absolute garbage. Drive-thru might be the slowest on the entire eastern seaboard. Pulled up to the window 15 mins after placing an order just for the girl to tell me they don't have my order. Not to mention their attention to detail with the food is horrible as well. Big mac just looks like a mess of lettuce, pickles, sauce, paddies and buns just thrown into a box. Large fries aren't filled like a large fry; more like a medium fry thrown into a large cup. If you like plain fries with absolutely no salt on them then maybe this place is for you. Sick of it. This entire franchise is a joke at this point. No consistency anywhere you go. Absolutely falling down on maintaining their own standards. They have no standards anymore. Garbage.

Food was great and it had a really fast line to order, the customer service is really good.

Waited over 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger. Had to prompt them to make it after ordering on mobile curbside.

Dining room locked before stated hours

Much better than any McDonald's in Baltimore! Food was hot, and the fries weren't soggy!

They gave me the wrong order again. Every time I go to Waynesboro McDonalds they mess up putting the wrong food in the bag or forget something in the bag.

Hot food. Took a little longer than normal but thats because they were busy. Great service!

They switched to Paper straws! Hate them, it changes the taste of the beverage and they become soggy before u are finished. I get it, they want to give the appearance of caring for the environment, how about the recycled plastic ones.oh they cost to much.

My order is never correct and they always forget part of my order. When u address it, they get an attitude.

I 1st waited on the drive For 20 minutes then drove around and went inside and waited another 15 minutes after leaving Unfortunately no one likes to work there Don't waste your time

This Mc. Donald's has come a long way. Drive through is faster after they doubled the lanes. Food is good also. (Updated) since last review I've downgraded 2 stars. Every order is missing food or looks like animal food. Does not look good. Rude staff. Long wait. Nasty food. Go at your own risk.

Hats off to Taylor who quarterbacks the drive-thru in the mornings! Kind, well-spoken and efficient she does an outstanding job taking all our drive-thru orders! Give her a big big raise cause she is the best!

Been here 6 times in the past 30 days and every time something was messed up this time there wasn't any Carmel in my large iced Carmel coffee last time my friends large iced sugar free vanilla coffee didn't jave any sugar free vanilla in it for what they charge I could go to dunkin and get what I want and it will be made right twice as fast

Not much reason for them to have 2 drive through lanes because they only serve one. We've been in the drive through for 20 minutes, and have watched 4 cars that came in after us be served in the other lane. Haven't even had our order taken yet.

Poor service. Got there and they said one moment we were pulled up first and they helped the other and we sat there and then their lobby was locked. Like isn’t the lobby suppose to be locked if only two ppl are there. Very unpleased worse mc Donald’s by far

I wish that their food came out looking like they do on the menu. The drive thru was backed up to the entrance by the road. Fries were fresh, but the nuggets were cold and hard. I do have to say that the staff was polite and friendly, though.

Terrible place just Terrible! The young girl behind the counter was throwing things around dropping things on the floor and not picking them up. She had such a loud mouth. My wife even asked another person the question what is her problem. The answer we got was and I quote She is like this every time she works. I can tell you one thing if I had to work with someone like that one of us would have to go. My wife even considered reporting her but it sounds like nobody cares! It took more then 15 min to get an ice coffee.
