McDonald's, Philadelphia PA

NEVER AGAIN! Takes 20 minutes to get your food, and they will not give you a bag appropriate for your food so they can put the doordash orders in bags with handles.

The workers HATE their job and the customers who ensure they are needed. I don't understand it. The manager doesn't care, and if they think you will do a review, they will withhold your receipt.

The floor was dirty and slippery. It was dirty evert where. There was a constant oozing of milkshake down to the floor mixed with some other black stuff. We had to wait a long time to get the order because there was only 2 staff members on sight.

They do there jobs but I don’t like the way they treat customers, one of the employee is rude I was just asking for ketchup packets, and she was so mean and she did throw in the bag and gave me a look, she was not happy at all I mean I don’t know but action speaks louder than words so I hope that they can treat there future costumers better good luck

I don't understand how this place is still open. Every time I give it a chance I'm always disappointed. It's ridiculous! I'm done, they're literally stupid!

Whenever you pull up to this McDonald's it's like they take pride in disappointing you. They will hurry up and tell you they're out of fries, no more fish fillet or that the drink machine is broken. I just stopped going it's time to level up anyways. McDonald's obviously is for people who play with their time and money (wasting gas, time standing on long line) ; We're not even going to talk about health

This is by far the worst experience at a McDonald's ever everything was old and cold on top of the fact that it took over a half hour for an order I paid priority delivery for, fire the whole night staff and Manager/supervisor or hire more and ones that will actually work.

To many games being played whilst dealing with people food on the overnight shift. Food is NEVERRRRRRRR hot to taste always room temp

They need more employees, They too busy to hire people who want to work.
Went in for a interview, the manager tells me to come back she didn't mean to tell me come on Monday, what? I'm behind on rent I need a job

Horrible experience. Called me and my friends b****. Would not recommend. We were just trying to get a late night snack.

It's a fast food place in a black neighborhood so of course it won't be that great.not open/taking orders when they're still operating. Horrible. Save your money and avoid places like this!

The floor in the dining area was a mess.ordered a small sweet tea and paid for it at the kiosk.the kiosk gave me no receipt, no order number. I let the guy at the counter know and when he gave me my sweet tea, it was warm even with ice and I never got my receipt.

"we're not taking orders right now"? Guess this McDonald's isn't 24 hours.are you allowed to advertise yourself as "open" if you aren't serving customers?

I despise kiosks. Humans deserve respect, not adjuncts to computers. When the inevitable error occurs, a bright human has to help the frustrated human, but both are in service to the Corporate human saving dollars, dispensing assembly line slop. Crypto-service for real money.

I was picking up a doordash order and oh my GOD! I had to wait 20 mins outside for the food to be ready. I don't blame the employee at all because he was all alone in McDonalds making 20 orders at the same time. McDonald's! Please hire more employees for night shift, please and thank you!

I don't even eat McDonald's but my granddaughters wanted it. You have to order your food on a machine yourself. It wouldn't let me turn my sandwich into a meal and nobody would help me. We got back in the car and ordered our food from the drive thru to come back inside to eat our food. I'm allergic to pickles and I made that clear.when I open my sandwich it was pickles on it. My granddaughter didn't get her drink and the experience was McDonald's on chelten Ave worthy. Oh and the bathroom was closed but not for the staff. How do you tell a 3 yr old they can't use a bathroom that you just saw staff coming out of.

I've been turned away at the drive-through multiple times, saying they're not "currently taking orders. " So.stop advertising as 24 hours?

When I arrived there were two employees arguing with each, not professional and not that clean in there and they had lots of confusion going on, I will think twice before going there, and I wasn't greeted no hi good afternoon and have a great day nothing.

Kiosk has no numbers to take your order. Wait forever kids Harrass people with disabilities. Don't waste time or money. Try Wendy's or burger King

You gotta update and let it be known the dining room is closed, don’t know why it says open if you can’t even go in to order. Only bumass McDonald’s doin that

This location is the worst location I door dash at. They always short handed, they ignorant, 2 pregnant women working in the morning and they cussing left and right. 3 dashers sitting in the store for over 20 mins to find out they system is down and they couldn’t do the orders so I had to follow the prompts to cancel my order and I told them it says to read the items out to the workers like it told me and the manager got a whole attitude. Hate to ruin my ratings but I cancel orders everytime I have to pick up here. Derek would be very upset to know this store run like this all day everyday! And that’s the owner if you must know!
