McDonald's, Allentown PA

I usually use the drive through to grab fries for my picky eating toddler. Buy I also order other menu items. The food is good and hot. I also greatly enjoy the Caramel frappes and sundaes.

Terrible McDonald's. I ordered a double quarter pounder and the one they gave me was so overcooked and dried out. The meat must have been sitting in the warmer literally for half the day. Even the bun was hard so it probably was assembled and then left to sit. I took two bites and returned it for a new one. The new one they gave me was pretty equally disgusting and dry. Complete waste of money. For what they charge for the sandwiches on the regular menu, I expect the food to be in pristine condition when I receive it. Totally unacceptable, especially the fact that they gave me another terrible sandwich in exchange for my already terrible sandwich. I felt horribly ill this morning after eating their food. Stay away unless you want food that's been sitting in the temperature danger zone for hours. You guys need to learn food safety before you poison someone else.

Wouldn’t give a star if I could, time and time again they never disappoint on disappointing! Extremely rude, will rush you constantly & absolutely all of them clearly hate their job.

I was here 2 mornings w/ my youngest when her older sibling was taking Keystone Exams at the CCA service center down the road. Ordered the family breakfast so we'd also have something for the sib to eat when she was done. Pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, hash browns - all hot and tasty. This was probably the cleanest McDonalds I've been to in some time. They had cool decorations for the summer, the staff was very friendly and looked like everyone kept busy, not just standing around checking their phones every few minutes, plus the bathrooms were very clean.
We stayed for over 1 1/2 hours each time, used the wifi to access school classes. No one gave us a hard time for being there so long. The first day another guy and his daughter came in for breakfast & used the wifi awhile too. It was nice we weren't the only ones doing this, lol. When we were leaving, some local Officers were getting breakfast as well. They were super nice to my daughter, who offered them our extra food. They politely declined. I hope the McD's gives those Officers breakfast on the house. I noticed many seniors come through for breakfast as well.
Very nice restaurant for sure. We'll go again when we're in the area. Only giving 4/5 stars for food because it's a limited fast food menu, and for atmosphere because there are so many overhead speakers, you can't find a place to sit where you don't hear the radio / or the radio is quiet.

Needed food in my body haven't had McDonald's in a while it was pleasant food was good and service was very friendly

Employees are poorly trained. They are extremely slow at this location. Extremely! Though the food is decent and typically made correctly.

The manager who refused to give us her first name was rude and obnoxious, along with the girl working the drive through, she refused to help us with the McDonald's App, kept telling us we have to wait 30 minutes. Now for the food, horrible, as usual got the order wrong, we ask for a plain burger no roll for our dog, got the roll, surprise, French fries were ice cold, yep, no surprise and the quarter pounders were not freshly made, so cold the cheese did not melt, again no surprise. But the total rudeness was unbelievable, no more McDonald's, I deleted the useless app and it will be Burger King from now on.oh yes the last part I called the number by the drive through and yes you guessed it no call back, even though I said please call me back and let my number.

Beware when using their apps with this place. You order a "deal" as part of your meal but they they change the prices so you are not really saving any money or actually have to pay more.then when you call them out on it they say "that's the why are computers add things up and we can't do anything about it". You get better (and more honest) deals.and better food.at other local food places in the area

I love this McDonald’s on the on Lehigh Street I believe the food taste better at the McDonald’s on Lehigh Street in Allentown

Missing items in order. Wasn’t even given a receipt to prove I ordered something. Called the store and never received call back. Lazy location

Terrible. Sandwich was burnt and hard to chew, the milk that came together with the kids meals was already opened and 3/4 empty as if someone drank it. Disappointed and concerned for my kids wellbeing.

Bought a fish sandwich and there was a 1/2 piece of cheese and no tarter sauce on the sandwich. Plus it was cold.

There today, 11/28,2 white milk with Happy Meals. Both were marked good thru 11/26 and one was half empty. Ended up in the trash. Not the first time this has happened.

Sure they had a long line in the Drive-Thru but that's still no reason to let me stand there for 10 minutes finally a manager came out to help because he said well where we at here guys and they just kept working on the drive-thru and never even acknowledged me so let me walk back out to the vehicle heading over to Emmaus McDonald's

Always get great service morning and night. Food is always fresh and staff is friendly. Kudos to Ellen on day shift and Tiara at night.

The manager is very rude and wouldn't help us or even talk to us. We asked her numerous times for help so we can pay for our order because the touchscreen we used to order our food was not working at all and did not give us a receipt nor a number. She just kept going about her business until someone finally yelled for help. Then when she finally did start helping she had an attitude.
