12We eat at the Harborcreek McDonalds a few times per month. Our food is always hot and delicious. Our favorite employees are manager Mary and Patty. They both seem to really enjoy their jobs and have always been so pleasant. Great customer service goes a long way and we thank them for making our day just a little bit nicer!
Pay attention to your door dash orders your not paying attention to instructions on removing stuff off the sandwich and your not checking to make sure all the food is in the bag before you send it out to the DoorDash driver
The fries were terrible and the wait times were crazy. They have two lanes but unfortunately only serve 1 car at a time.
3rd shift as of July 1st 2023 is horrible. Waiting 25 minutes in line with only 2 cars ahead of me? Deplorable.
Qtr lber deluxe are good. Fries not as good as they used to be. They were thicker as I remember, fresher and hot. Met brother and sister in law there. People were efficient and friendly. Condiments were almost empty. Only one ketchup had to ask for more.
McDonald's is McDonald's every where. That's what makes it a good choice when traveling.
Very friendly staff! Especially Kylee and Morgan in the evening! They usually work the drive thru and are always friendly:) I prefer the longer drive to this location than the one just blocks from my house!
I don't eat McDonald's but my grandkids love this McDonald's they call it the gourmet McDonald's cause the food taste good is hot and always fresh.lol
Set up Is made for people to sit and eat. They offer seating like none of Eries other McDonald's. They are always busy, but handle it well.
Most slowest place ever in drive-thru just to get a basket of fries that are cold when you git them
Annoying they can't do card at 3 am but one of the few mcdonalds that will get your order right

Placed our order and waited and waited and then waited. Went to the counter and was told they were working on it.
