McDonald's, Lancaster PA

I went to McDonalds and ordered a large meal double bacon quarter pounder before I got my food the soda machine wasnt even working, they didnt bother to even fix it in the moment. Once I received my food the first time the burger was pink in the middle. I went up to speak to the manger Manny Cruz about the problem and he told them to remake it the second time the bacon was not cooked very chewy and cold. I took it up at this point just wanting my money back for the whole meal. The manger was very rude, disrespectful, and had VERY POOR costumer service skills and talked above me he wouldn’t let me speak. He told me I already ate half of it which I didnt I took two bites to see if it was cooked right, to make sure I wasnt gonna get sick from eating raw food. He told me that even if i reported him Mcdonalds would just tell me the same thing he was telling me. I wasnt the first person coming in and complaining to him because they didnt something wrong. I did not have a good experience eating at this Mcdonalds and will continue to report on this until something it done whether he loses his job because of the way he treated me and others that came in or gets pulled out and back to training for being in the manger position he has.

Yeah, really not doing much better with service these days but hey, it's fast food. If you really want a great breakfast sandwich head just a couple miles down the road (2.6 to be exact) to Grand Central Bagel, AMIRITE? They make a fantastic breakfast and have AMOIZING bagels. The line may be long when you go in but don't let that stop you from ordering #bosslady moves the line along!

This is perhaps the worst McDs in Lancaster county. Big Mac had barely any lettuce, no onions visible, the bun was so dried out it crumbled apart while I was eating. All this AFTER I had to reassemble it because it was sloppily stacked together. I will say the staff was friendly. But that didnt help the meal disappointment.

The food is fine. It's McDonald's so you know what you're getting. The service on the other hand is almost always incredibly slow.

I don't like to complain. But I was very dissatisfied with my order today. While I waited for my order I noticed I was not the only one. Very sad

No ice. No straws. No napkins. My double quarter pounder was a single patty with a head of lettuce and tomato slices. Half the people in here were furious at the staff cause nobody knew what was going on. I found a potato in my fries.

Food was cold and prepared terribly. They waited to tell me they were out of an item after I paid and had my other items already. They take a long time through the drive thru every time and the food is usually old. I would avoid this McDonald's for sure if possible.

Always forget straws and gotta wait about 30 minutes for 2 things. No way to get straws after mobile order was complete. Called and employees were rude.

The wait times are ridiculous. And why ask for dipping sauce when they never give them out. And I'm always missing food.

Food not hot.customer service terrible, I asked the employee for mac sauce she looked at me crazy and said why? That was the dumbest question I've ever heard when i just spent 22 bucks on food.never going there again

Wasn't very good! We ordered the big breakfast but we asked for bacon instead of sausage but it wasn't crispy at all and it was like they scraped the bottom of the pan to get enough scrambled eggs for both of us.hash brown & biscuit were hard.this was our 1st time at this McDonald's, we were in the area but I don't think we'll go there again!

Terrible service with obvious lack of management/leadership personnel present. Placed a curbside order, app said "usually takes about 5 minutes. " Gave them 11 minutes before I went inside. They were busy, sure, but none of the associates wanted to make any eye contact or acknowledgement with any customers, even ones waiting in the lobby to place their orders.as there was no one manning the register! I finally got my order after another 10 minutes, with no acknowledgement to my extended wait time or inconvenience. In addition, I could overhear the guy who was preparing the food in the kitchen making some rude remarks and giving customers in the lobby a disgusted look, as if WE'RE the ones inconveniencing HIM!

I enjoy this place. The manager is very likable. However I got very rude comments from the cashier when my daughter bought a ice cream cone with change.

Got a 10 piece nugget meal, fries were cold and halfway filled and gave me 9 nuggets. Tried calling to complain and phone continued to ring.

After ordering I waited 15 mins while they tried to serve 1 car in front of me. Bags back and forth, drinks too. This is why you have people pull to a parking spot and continue serving guests. This is always the case with this particular McDonalds. Lousy doesnt being to describe the service. I finally left without my food and went elsewhere. No excuse at all.

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s by far. I’ve never gotten a correct order and that’s only when someone is actually there at the drive thru taking orders. How can you say you’re opened, but nobody is present to serve the customers? Basically, this place is an utter disappointment and a waste of time. Go to McDonald’s on Centerville road. Much better establishment.
