McDonald's, Nesquehoning PA

Clean. Staff is good. I haven't had a big breakfast in a few years so I got one. It was disappointing in that the amount of food has shrunk. They are still using the same size containers so you really notice. Not the staffs fault. I'll make my own breakfast from now on.

I just went through the drive-thru this morning and let me just say the young lady, (Lexi) at the window was amazing. Smiling, bubbly personality and she was so pleasant. I work in food service as manager and I know how difficult it can be to deal with the public at times. I was seriously IMPRESSED! Keep doing what you're doing!

Stopped for coffee. Cozy little place in a small town. The fall colors in nearby hill was wonderful!

We’ve all been to McDonald’s. It’s the same menu, atmosphere and nostalgia you have grown to use to satisfy your subconscious cravings at 2am for years.
In Nesquehoning, although nothing you’ve grown to accept has changed, the customer service is by far the most unique experience of them all. Even in the middle of hectic rush hour Samantha remained calm. Amanda helped those less fortunate to know better to use the newly installed ordering kiosk. I applaud these females in the middle of a pandemic for handling their careers with grace. Thank you for showing up to work and enabling your day with poise and always with a smile.

I was starving so I stopped with my grand daughter to get lunch. The food was Luke warm and the fries had too much salt.

Typical fast food restaurant but staff was very friendly and restaurant was clean. Food was hot and cooked well.

Order wasn't correct. Took awhile to get help to order. Got home 5 minutes later everything was cold. Food tasted lousy not like it used to. Total cost was around $35.00. I could have had a decent platter for that amount.

They didn't put onions on the cheeseburger. It was lukewarm. Our French fries were old and cold. If this was a first dining experience, no one would come back.

My new McDonalds is always very nice, food is always hot even the fries and my order is always right just as I ordered, A Very Happy Customer, Thank You

It was good, Food is what you'd expect from McDonald's, but the service was the best part.

They always mess up my coffee, they either forget the Splenda or the cream or they put so much cream you can't taste the coffee. It's never right SMH

I wish the app would work but it hasn't worked for me in a couple of months and nobody seems to be able to help me with it.

Second day in a roll that I tried to order breakfast, they sell breakfast from 6-10: 30 am, I ordered at 9am and they are delaying my order until 10: 30am so they don’t have to make my order then tell me that they are not selling breakfast anymore. Very unprofessional I’ve never had a problem with this location before, but will not be wasting my time ordering from here in the future
