McDonald's, Ebensburg PA

My daughter and I went to go get some breakfast and we weren’t even greeted with good morning at the drive through. Very disrespectful people and horrible attitudes. Yea

Better than average Mc D’s. Didn’t drown my burger in ketchup lol. Drive in moved quickly.

These guys are great, 90% of the time grubhub and doordash orders are ready or being finished up when I arrive. Other places don't even start the order until I get there. Keep it up guys!

Its fast but they dont have good customer service and they always overcook or undercook the food. That classic mcdonalds taste? You wont ever get it here.

It's McDonald's. I think everyone knows what to expect. Like every other food service place, it's definitely not really a value (unless you stay on the dollar menu). $9 for a quarter pounder is crazy. You practically pay that Red Robin or Perkins where someone waits on you.

One of the best McDonald's in the try county area Blair, Bedford, and Cambria I love the McDonald's APP USE OT ALL THE TIME THEY HAVE BIG $$$ savings love the buy one get one free happy meals and a hole lot of others check it out! Bet you love the savings too.

Restaurant is always clean. Speedy drive thru service during breakfast hours. Evening and Night time hours are a different story, more often then not, drive thru service is slow. My orders have been wrong on multiple occasions, mostly when using mobile app to order. When I made management aware, they were apologetic and more then happy to make things right! Still my preferred location because of close vicinity to home, local stores, and gas stations.

Waited 15 minutes after I paid for my food. Ik it's always takes forever @ night but this was ridiculous & nothing but a sorry.

A perfect fast food drive-through. The food was exactly as ordered, it was as warm as it could possibly be. It was a very good experience for a drive-through fast food restaurant.

Ordered crispy chicken sandwich. Got a bun, 2 pickles, and a piece of chicken. No mayo or ketchup or nothing. Never heard of a plain sandwich as a standard practice. Wendy's chicken is way better.

Every time we order at the drive through. Every time! They either forget the fries, or a burger, or a something or another. Then one of us has to go inside for adjustments while the food is getting cold. I'm not one to complain, but this happens too often. So don't get mad if the next time we come, we will hold things up for inspection. Your young people are going to have to pay attention to their job. Or is it management? I found out that I speak for many people. Thankyou

Me and my friends went to mcdonald’s and got four shamrock shakes for free, and my cookie was pretty good.servers are straight g’s

The Big Breakfast with pancakes actually LOOKED like the TV ads, with the food arranged nicely. Kudos for the employees for actually trying to be good at their jobs. Let's hope the trend spreads to other McDonalds franchises!

Well, this Mc Donald's is horrible. I ordered the Number 9 Breakfast and got this lovely Hash brown. While it may looked burnt. It is not! No my friends. This is when the Restaurant chooses to never change the cooking oil for days at a time. Yup, this is old Burnt Oil on this hash brown. YUMMY!

Steer Clear of this Mc Donald's if you want fresh food.

It's mcdonald's, the food is prepared as expected. This location does a good job of promoting use of newer technologies for ordering and payment. Also, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is well above average. I've been here for dine in during both peak and off peak hours and I can honestly say that the service at this location is pretty good. Sometimes the drive thru staff seems a little unmotivated. To be fair, drive thru is a tough gig, but still even if you've had an 8 hour shift it all seems repetitive, to the customer it's their first impression of your service. Stay strong!

My family and I ordered food here today in Ebensburg, PA and the burgers were not fully cooked. They were pink inside and it made me sick when I looked at it. All of the burgers were this way. Also I placed my order online and I ordered my chicken sandwich with no tomato and mayo but it had both on it. I'm VERY UNHAPPY! We will not be eating there again. Our order was almost $50!
