McDonald's, Clarion PA

Got our order wrong and then responded as if it Inconvenienced them.the lobby drink station was out-of ice and again annoyed when we requested ice.

Greasy cheeseburger and quarter pounder with cheese very greasy then we needed extra ketchup had to wait then snobby when we asked she was going to had the bGs of the next customer before we even asked for ketchup also the fries are always cold very upset with this nights experience and service

Probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The food was burnt and the employees were not very nice. They were very ignorant and one of the employees said that we were weird based off what we ordered. It was a filet o fish and a caramel frapp. I will say the bathrooms were clean but that’s all.

Great customer service. Clean, even the parking lot. Best part was the ice cream machine was working

Asked for a double cheeseburger, no onion extra pickel. Got 4 pickles and they put onions in-between the hamburger patties under the cheese and on the bottom bun. Brought it back in, got a different one n it was ok still 4 pickles n a burnt bun.

This McDonalds is really clean and fast.their food is hot and fresh, the service is great and their employees are really nice. They also sell bags of ice for just $2.00. What I really like about this McDonald's is they have the Kiosk that lets you pay at the counter now with cash instead of only card. Which is really convinent

This McDonald’s is truly ridiculous. The swing manager on shift tonight was absolutely ignorant to us. At first she kept telling us she couldn’t hear us over the speaker so we pulled around and went around yet again still being ignorant with an ignorant voice took her 8 minutes before she would even come to the window so we could pay.she looked out the window and then walk away. This is like the third time I’ve had a bad experience at that McDonald’s. They really need to hire some people that have better manners. Her name is Dale. How can you treat someone so poorly when all they’re doing is buying food from your establishment I’m definitely calling corporate on this McDonald’s.

This is the worst McDonalds in/around Clarion. The service is horrendous. Every morning that I stop I have to pull forward and wait 10 minutes for a hash brown, fresh coffee, or something. The employees seem to hate their lives or at least that's what it seems like with the constant angry mean looks on their faces. I would not recommend it.

Don't know why I posting or still going to McDonald's they always forget or give me the wrong item this last month alone I had to go after going through drive through at least 3 times last month

I was visiting someone I in Clarion I saw the usual mc donald I thought, but they didn't have any salads or they didnt did put you drinks in a drink carried. So it wasn't the usual mcdonald, may not go to this one again.

Prices too high. Quality not worth the price. McDonald's will probably not survive this decade.

Ordered 2 deluxe qrter pounders and they gave us regular and they were cold after waiting in the reserved parking lot for close to 10 mins! Useless service and no customer care.

Stopped here during a road trip & ordered food then went to the restroom. When I came out, I saw a bag on the counter and asked the cashier if this was mine and told her my number. She looked at me then looked away but was friendly to the white male customer who was next to order smh rude and racist! I will never come here again! She was short, white, chubby with glasses and worked the morning shift on Sunday 3/26/23 I’ll be sure to fill out that survey about my experience!

I stopped in at 10: 30pm, so kinda figured I would have old food but to my surprise they had me park for like 2-3 minutes and I got fresh food. Also I asked to make sure they remembered my ranch, and not only did they remember they gave me like 10. Which I will keep in my fridge lol. Thank you! I don’t know his name but thank you! He was friendly and very nice

Prices are increasing while the food quality is declining. Half the food I received was old. They raised the wages and put a lot of money in remodeling. But the food and service took a hit. They don't want to take your order they want you to use a kiosk. So if your paying with cash you will wait 20 min with a manager staring at you.
