McDonald's, Etters PA

Waited almost 10 minutes to pick up a mobil order that I didn't know was ready and was sitting on a counter. How did I not know it was ready? Well my view of it was blocked by a very creepy looking guy that was practically leaning over said counter to get closer to the female employee he was talking to. She told him how jobs on the area "sucked" but never once acknowledged my presence. A male employee that looked like he had blood covering his nose, walked up to the counter from the back a couple times to join the conversation, looked at me 4 or 5 times but never offered assistance. I only found saw my order over as I was heading to the door to leave. The place was essentially empty at a peak dinning hour and if this is how the service always is, I can see why.

I'm so done with this McDonalds. Over priced, sandwiches are never actually together. Always waiting for food to only come wrong. This time I paid more for my food but, I got someone else's. Waiting there for so long.not even going to try. At this disaster of a McDonalds, it's worth driving to a different one if the mood arises. ALL the fast food "restaurants" in this little nook needs to just close down or pass the torch to someone who actually CARES. Lost my business. This happens here just way too often. You don't ever get what you pay for.literally.

Update 9/2/2023: Just once, just for fun, maybe they would actually try to get the order right. A double does not mean a single. Stay away and go to Burger King.

Normal fast food. My only complaint is that is always seems to need cleaning. Trash on the floor, tables needing cleaned.

Very rarely do I get a decent coffee…they used to make them amazing but now it’s nothing but caramel milk or no sweetness whatsoever. And when you say something to them about it they just get mad at you.

Me being a manager I can say the one you have is very unprofessional. The whole time I was here this morning she has been yelling at her employees and I’m pretty sure it’s embarrassing to them. If I was them I would have walked out. There is a professional way of handling issues that happen. You 1st calm down and talk to them in a private manner. The public and rest of the employees shouldn’t have to hear yelling and all that.

Worst service I've had in years they made my sandwichs wrong undercooked they were supposed to have no onion and had onions on it and covering the bun coated and ketchup and mustard on the outside of the bun inside the wrapper so they just slipped out of my hands when I try to take it out called manager and he said there's nothing he can do about it he could only give me his manager' number refuse to give me the gm number so that I can call and said there isn't a corporate number and he would not give me his name the stated that he was shift manager call someone that cares

This place sucks every time I come here nothing is right it’s cold and never fresh they need new managers or new employees because something needs to change here such a disappointment don’t come here I warn you

I asked for a McChicken and they put a crispy chicken on my sandwich. And I was waiting 10 minutes to get my food when they kept walking past me and was saying I’ll be right with you and they didn’t help me

I dig this McDonalds because this is where my son requests to go on our road trips. Good memories here.

Came in hungry for breakfast at 1026 and one register open and no one there, waiting for 5 min and finally called out to someone at 1032 they said breakfast was over. No exception despite me standing there. Terrible customer service.

The Etters/Yocumtown McDonalds is how to run a fast-food location. The food is consistently hot. The service is always extremely quick, I am often served within 3 minutes of ordering.

When issues have arose, the workers and manager have made it right immediately.

Been to this McDonald's too many times, too many bad experiences. Order a big Mac get one patty. Ordered chicken mcnugget didn't get. Called talk to Manger told him what happened, I should come back for the missing items. So we are to leave our warm food to go back and get so when we get back we can have cold food and melted shakes. I had just spend 40 bucks. Kicker is I was the only one in line. They say can you pull to the waiting spot. SO I WAS THE ONLY ORDER BEING MADE for the drive thur. No other car came though at that time. Still couldn't get the order right. So they will mail some coupons. Get a letter We are sorry here a coupon for a free desert.
Loss 10 buck in missing food. Very poor management at this location. Has been for 10 year. Go to another location at all cost.

Got a two cheeseburger meal and one cheeseburger had a bit out of it. The other was burnt (over down). Didn't have time to tell them.
