McDonald's, Carlisle PA

We only bought drinks but they were much better than average; we enjoyed them. Restrooms were clean and had soap and paper towels.

Waited 20 min for my food after the wrong food was brought out. I went into the store for a refund and the manager gave me attitude followed by saying “I CAN’T STAND UGLY PEOPLE. ”
I asked for the manager and she informed me that she was it. I asked for the GM, and she told me to look it up on the receipt.
WORST SERVICE EVER.

This used to be a nice place to go. Today was a whole new experience. They got the entire order wrong. 20 minutes later when we decided to just get the money back for the missing items the manager had a surly attitude and complained that we didn't take the cold, incorrect order she tried to push off on us. Never again.

Ordered a 4a Crispy chicken sandwich meal. Took a bite and I couldn’t even bite into the sandwich. I have tried to pull the chicken apart and couldn’t. It has a rubbery texture. Ended up throwing the entire sandwich away. Thought it would be a quick dinner for the family while we ran errands and ended up feeling nauseous from the sight of whatever this is. A complete waste of money.

Went to this McDonald's today about 1030-1100. I ordered the new cheesy jalapeño bacon quarter pound medium meal. I was handed my drink and asked to pull forward and wait for meal. That is where I sat for 10 min or more, before someone came out and said "Your not gonna get your oder. Yea, the cooks informed me we were out of jalapeños, so we can't make your sandwich. " Now the lunch menu had just started, and after sitting there waiting for at the very least 10min, I was told they can't make my meal. This lady then says "What if I give you a deal? What about a double quarter pounder meal? " Well, mam, I dont want a double quarter pounder, I want a cheesy jalapeño bacon quarter pound cheese burger. She then says "Well I can just give you your money back. " I said ok. She huffed and went back inside. A few minutes later a young man came out and handed me my 11 dollars and change. I never recieved an I sorry. Nothing. Needless to say, I will never go back to THIS Mcdonalds in Carlisle, Pa across from the Frog, Switch plant. Ever!

Mcdonalds has good food but alot of times I have been to my local nearby McDonald's they always screw up the order or don't give you all of your food

Sorry. I wish I could give this longtime food service provider a better review, but I just can't. I have seen one too many videos of the staff with their hands in their pants and other unsanitary places and back on your food in the same clip. Food is sacred. Have respect for others.this goes for any number of other fast food places. They have excellent menu items, but absolutely no quality in preparation or service. This makes all the difference. Take some lessons from Chic Fil A. They seem to have their act together. Truthfully, I would rather go grab some food from a grocery store if I could rather than eat at most fast food establishments. It doesn't have to be that way. There is a reason the drive thru line at some places wraps the building and others only have a small handful of cars in the parking lot.

The food at this McDonald's is usually pretty good. The place is always well staffed and the food is usually given out quickly. Sometimes the service is less than friendly. Overall though, this is one of the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to.

The ice cream machine is almost always broken. You either get an employee who treats you with respect or is a complete grump. They also don't update their sign enough. I have tried to order what is on the sign under the classic McDonald's arches and have been told they are no longer serving that item.

McDonald's is as McDonald's does. But this one has an efficient, accurate drive thru and a courteous staff.

I have to say, sometimes depending on the day or crew things are a little sloppy or jambled but they always make up for it. The crew that works drive through is very kind and ive never had a problem

My food was done in a timely manner and the customer service was great! When the food came out it was hot and my orders were correct.

I don’t know what is going on but quality is no more!
Friendly people but food quantity has taken a dive!

Purchased a double cheeseburger and fries. The cheese wasn't melted, the burger was over cooked on the outside and not enough on the inside. This is the last time I will have anything from McDonald's!

Great service. Alot of people hanging around outside though and have to get a key to use the bathroom

There is really no good time to go to this location. I stopped for a burger well over 20 minutes before they closed and it was HORRIBLE! If i want starving I definitely would've spent my time and gas to take it back. The bun was like a cracker and the meat was dry.
Today i stopped for a quick bite and ordered curbside pickup. I have watched about twenty cars go through the drive thru and I'm still sitting here. I've had excellent fast food from McDonald's before so I know it's possible. THIS particular store - eh - not so much. I won't be back.

As the sole customer standing at the counter having waited almost five minutes for someone to recognize me.once they acted like they had just noticed me I said to myself yeah right because they saw me and as ordered focused entirely on the drive through you know vs the human standing in front of them inside the restaurant I did an about-face as soon as the lady acted like she had finally noticed me there plenty of other places to spend my cash that are better and better for you than what this place has to offer.next

This McDonald's is very clean and you don't have to wait long to receive your food after ordering.

To the manager Mel. Have a little professionalism in front or guests. I under stand that your " only one F ING Person " as you stated out loud. And that your upset someone took a meal break at a bad time.but why do I gotta listen to that drama? And this is not a black iced coffee as I asked for. Why give me attitude when you messed up? Also get off yo phone maybe ya day would go more smooth
