McDonald's, Mechanicsburg PA

No trays for guests dining in? ! Is everything carryout now? Families were tearing up take out bags to replace platters to eat in the restaurant. No condiments offered and none in dining area. Very strange.

We have been loyal customers to this place for almost 8 years, but we decided to give up coming to it due to unprofessional behavior from some team members yesterday night. The order was fries and nuggets for kids, but we got fries grilled twice to make it look warm. The fries taste bad and when we asked to replace it, one girl of the team was laughing because we are from overseas and we don't speak English the way they understand it, we were neglected for while before a nice guy acted gently and tried to solve the issue. While the guy was solving the issue, the team leader who was wearing pink shirt acted very bad and threatened us by calling police. We understand that this is not the culture of Mc Donald's,
We also know for sure that the owner will not tolerate such unprofessional behavior because every customer counts for the restaurant and less customers means less money for the owner. But we want the public understand that some employees at this restaurant do not respect customers and also we want the owner know that we will never comeback to his restaurant nor we will recommend our friends to it, we will be going to Trindle road restaurant.

The AC at kids area not working over a month now and it’s really hot plus it’s always not clean they even didn’t wipe the tables

Missing food and slow drive thru made me wait whole 10 min before I got my food and my 1 burger was missing. Rude attitude of the workers.

Cashier at the first window was nice and the food was good and hot still need more help at this McDonald's they all need help I am talking about McDonald's all over the country have a blessed day

They act way to stink when you use rewards. Half of the ppl working at this location during lunch specifically needs an attitude adjustment…The manager can’t even bag food.

So, ever since the Pandemic we don't get things like salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo.but they make up for that by giving us 17 napkins? I don't know about anyone else, but I only use one napkin, the other 16 just get thrown in the garbage can.

It's nice to have the playground so my kid can play in it while I eat and she has fun

Drive thru had a lot to be desired. They did not alternate lanes causing the first lane to wait 3 times as long.

This place is a joke. It doesn’t even deserve the 1 star review. Front counter girl acts as if she can’t be bothered to do anything but take orders. I’ve been standing in the lobby for 25 minutes waiting for 2 McDoubles and a small fry. Pathetic customer service. Will never come here again!

Lack of management, petty arguments going on. Long wait for 4 burgers and 3 fries. Ordered 2 apple pies, got home and discovered they gave me 1 apple and 1 blueberry.

Biscuit was cold and not what I was used to. If Wendy's ever learns how to make good coffee I don't think I would go back

This McDonald's is usually pretty good and I really have no complaints on this visit. The atmosphere or theming in this store isn't my cup of tea bit it's just a McDonald's. The food was okay, never really hot enough for my taste but not bad for fast food. The staff are super friendly.
