McDonald's, York PA

Don't order food here late at night doing door dash with sister in law and service sucks told to park on side haven't made food yet been sitting in car for a half and hour also walked over to drive thru and witnessed manager knock food on floor and and put back in bag and serve to a customer. What a Great experience bravo mcdonalds great management

I came through the Drive Thru and told them a order of a 20 nuggets with 2 medium fries and 2 large cokes and the person on the intercoms got the order wrong three times and got annoyed saying thats what she had down but didn't still have the right order. I went to pay and they still had the wrong drinks on the order and was hoping it be fixed but was not I still got 2 Doctor Peppers then Cokes I had to drive back and try to fix it ask for a refund for just the drinks and get the correct drinks they did not give me the right drinks and were still being disrespectful towards the end they at least gave the refund but this experience should not happen I understand working in a environment like that but you should never be disrespectful to your guest your number one priority is making sure the guest are happy thats good business 0.5/5 please find another McDonald's that actually has hospitality.

Decent food served hot, when did they get so expensive? 16 bucks for burger, fries, drink and 6 mcnuggets?

Sat 15 minutes at drive though window while order was taken improperly 3 times. How hard are 2 happy meals and a qpc? Wrong drinks, wrong food, no sauce for nugget meals. And had to dodge employee pressure washing the driveway.

Yesterday morning my sister went inside to get breakfast, she ordered a mcgriddle meal with an medium iced coffee. They gave her a small so she asked "is this the medium? " The lady at the counter said yes. But a few seconds later the same lady gave a customer an actual medium iced coffee.

This is the best level of customer service and friendliness I've experienced in any McDonald's or any other food chain and quite some time. I hope other stores use this store as an example

The staff here is beyond friendly, professional and beyond helpful. This was an impeccable experience.

Fries were not warm/hot. Service was good. Definitely the cleanest one I've ever been to.

I have received food that was dried out and not fit to eat. That visit wasn’t great, several people were in the lobby being ignored. Me being one of them.
Recently I ordered an ice cream cone from the mobile app. 23 minutes went by and no come. I called and complained, they did not care. Kids were carrying on laughing instead of getting my cone while waiting on food to be made. It’s always the same manager that is on when problems come up. I’m not trying to be a Karen but I pay for for this food I expect quality. Do better McDonald’s.

Food was prepared fast and was hot and fresh. Ordered from the touch screen menu which was and quick. Restaurant was clean and busy. Drive-thru was busy that was why we opted to go inside and ordered. Daughter was happy they brought back the mint chocolate chip milk shake!

Best Mickey D’s in the area. Very clean and the ladies in the morning are very nice and sweet.

Make sure you always check your order. Drive thru never gets it right. Also use the inside lane because they never answer the outside lane.

The people were very helpful and friendly and the food was awesome too. Great location too easy to get there

Every single person who has ever worked here has zero idea how to do anything correctly. And that’s me being nice lol

Stop there and picked up breakfast from my wife into myself. And surprisingly we did not have hard as a rock bacon egg and cheese biscuits. It's a hit or miss there one day you can go and you get biscuits that are that hard that you can break your teeth on and some days you go and you get nice fluffy ones. You can tell the management there has gone downhill.
