McDonald's, Everett PA

This location had a total remodel not all that long ago and I think the service you get it worse than it ever was before. Last weekend I stopped and got two Frappe’s with no whip cream on one, and they both had whip cream. It took me 20 mins to get them and the store wasn’t even all that busy. Will not be returning to this location again.

Antonio the new manager is fantastic always running around making sure everything is just right!

The ketchup packs aer terrible they ruined the burger taste the burgers were cold too i never get a hot burger from Mc Donalds anymore

They can't get my order right. So I started using the mobile app n still I still ended up missing stuff that I ordered. The only good thing about mobile app is I can check the bag without getting dirty looks.

It's McDonald's, so you already know the food.
The staff at 9: 30 at night is a bunch of high school kids hanging with friends trying to close up as close to 10 as possible.
It was clean and modern.

Now that you've raised your prices to actual restaurant level ($44 for 3 meals) you have zero room for mistakes. You made sloppy food, and got my order wrong.see what happens when you cater to the rtard Gen z crowd and pay them more than they are worth? Your entire crew is worthless.

The fries have been very under cooked the last several times. The sandwiches are always sloppy. I used to really enjoy this location. They do keep it clean though.
Sadly they rarely get the order right. The only reason we stop lately is for chicken nuggets for the little one.

I've been coming to this McDonald's for about 17 years and it use to be great, someone was always at the register but now that they have the kiosks it's like don't bother coming to the register! We stood at the front for 3 to 5 minutes waiting on someone to take our order! I could understand if they were busy, but this young man saw us walked by us a couple of times didn't acknowledge us say anything to anybody.if it wasn't for the fact that my 7 yr. Old loves McDonald's I wouldn't go there.

They were very kind. Especially since I forgot to adjust an order and they took care of it for me.

Our foods either uncooked, been sitting, or missing items.prices have went up your better off going somewhere nice.garbage always over flowing bathrooms are gross floors sticky. Ice cream and coffee machine always "broken" when I worked there for a short time they were just to lazy to clean it and put it back together.

The fries were lukewarm the doublecheese burgers buns were hard from the microwave the quarterpounder was burnt the worse McDonalds Ive ever been to

Do not eat here. Just watched an employee go to the bathroom and walk out without washing his hands. Guy has dark hair with sunglasses on his head and a zip-up hoodie

Wow this place went downhill since the remodel, which is saying something for a McDonald's. The ordering area is super tight, you basically have to order on the kiosk, which I don't mind, but even though it says to take a number and sit down, they still shout your number and you have to get it yourself. Won't return.

Foods always good, but they have prices higher on some items more then most other McDonald's

So far so awesome. This location has never messed up my order and they are super friendly! Thanks Mc Crew I love the Big Macs you always give me. Oh so fresh and made like the commercial

Good for a stop while traveling, just don't ever be in a real big hurry. They always seem to have a wait no matter if they're busy or not. Food is often just thrown together (which can be expected when busy) but not when they're slower. They seem to be more interested in just standing around socializing than waiting on their customers.

I tried to order a mcrib and they ripped me out the car and beat me down with a ball bat. 1 star.if it could be 0 i would put 0

I walked in bc the drive-thru line wrapped around the building. The cashier was happy young and intelligent. She immediately went and bagged my food. It came up amazingly fast. Why better than any drive-thu experience. I would go back. People are too lazy to walk in. Fat food fast.
