McDonald's, Harrisburg PA

The staff is very disrespectful to the customers, and especially to the Doordashers.
I work for a fast food restaurant myself & then dash.
Woman was very rude & unprofessional, I requested her name & to speak to her manager and she hung the phone up on me twice.
The food given to me to deliver to my dasher customers are always prolonged, and shouldn't be this way when I call at least 3 blocks away from the restaurant.
I have to wait minimum of 10-15 minutes.
Your ratings reflect your customer service.
I would never eat at your restaurant, due to the lack of respect, and the outside appearance.
Your crew sit outside early mornings smoking cigarettes when orders are placed on hold for long periods of time.
As a military veteran, never have I been disrespected as such.
Hope you can turn your attitude around.

I’m currently waiting for my food after been pulled into reserve drive thru parking lot, ITS BEEN 20 Minutes in between those minutes I have seen 7 people get their food. I could not enjoy this food after such unsatisfactory wait for a fast food place. MCDONALD NEEDS TO CHECK UP ON THEIR EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION.

I only go to mcDonalds to pee, period, oh I might ask for a large cup of ice water that they charge $1.32 for, though water was free

The don't value their customers the grease was dirty the food made me sick it's not clean

This place is a joke and not a funny one! The rude heavy set guy at 3: 18 am July 25th is very rude and disrespectful I’m working just like he is and he hangs up the phone 3 times and says he doesn’t have my order PLEASE HIRE BETTER PEOPLE WHO HAVE RESPECT IT MAKES THE COMPANY LOOK BAD WHEN YOU HAVE TRASH INSIDE CLEAN IT UP MANAGEMENT

The service and foods are good, welcoming but the place is a little dirty. Please clean. Thanks

Extremely rude management, wouldn't give me missing items that I paid for, called me a liar, yelled at me for taking to long in restroom and she has the worst customer service and communication skills I have ever seen. My toddler and infant have better skills than she did.

Black Male Bald Manager on staff 6/24 at 12: 48pm is very unprofessional and speaks to his crew members in very inappropriate ways. These needs to very looked into.

Mcdonald's is going downhill. Food is often dry and bread always hard. Staff is friendly, thou.

I mostly go for breakfast at 5 am. Many times their first customer. They are always so friendly. And my food is hot and prompt. When I order my iced coffee they always make it perfect.

Asked for a special bun option (no bun and no middle bun) at they really seemed a little put off by the request.

Just can not believe McDonald's is still famous for serving cold, and old French fries.

I ordered from them an hour and a half ago with Doordash. When I called to ask what was going on they hung up on me. I was very polite. I just wanted to know what was going on. Mind you, this was 2: 45 in the morning so it's not like they were too busy to handle my call. They're open 24/7.
I can make burgers and fries at home for 10 times less the cost.
