McDonald's, Lancaster PA

The automated kiosks were key to getting my food exactly as I wanted like
adding extra toppings or extra sauce.
Glad I stopped in.

Breakfast was standard McDonalds.cashier acknowledged our request for condiments but didnt give them to us

Everyone friendly but it’s off the highway so it gets very busy there but it’s also near Flory park

Every inch of this location is filthy! Doors, counters, windows, seats, kiosks, tables, soda area/broken ice machine, floors the BATHROOM was disgusting! An alarming amount of flies and gnats were in the establishment. Growing up in this area when I was younger, it was never like this. We stopped in for a quick bite today and never will return here. My "cheese"burger had zero cheese. The sandwich itself was smooshed flat. My teens big Mac was literally thrown together. Nothing at all was even/put together on his sandwich it literally fell apart when he tried to eat it. The team looked beyond stressed. The lady that brought the meal to our table was very kind! The only positive was her.
My expectations are already low as it is a "fast food" place but my experience today was absolutely disgusting. Shame on the owner of this establishment. McDonald's CAN afford to have an employee go out once an hour at LEAST and clean ALL surfaces, make sure the napkin dispenser is full (it was empty), that the ice machines are working (one was not) and clean the bathroom!
It's truly a shame that this is deemed acceptable nowadays.

Not much needs to be said. It's your typical cookie cutter McD. So my review will be less about the food and more about the service and dining experience. The facility itself was immaculate. You can tell a lot of attention goes in to keeping the place cleaned and sanitized regularly; that includes the restroom. My only strike against this McD is that the staff seemed more attentive to the drive thru and mobile ordering customers. When I arrived inside there were 3 customers waiting to order with no crew member at the registers. Granted this restaurant does have the ordering kiosks (which I tend to always use anyway) which is probably what the staff is used to. But I still feel a business should acknowledge and serve the walk in customers to make them feel valued.

This place is hit or miss. Alot of times I get food that has sat there for awhile under a warmer. Fries, nuggets, ETC. Yet the people are nice.

I only went through the drive through but it was quick, food was hot, and staff was friendly. Did not enter the actual restaurant to give any review on the atmosphere

My daughter almost eat this fried bugs/ fly inside of happy meal paper bag. I called this branch to report it and i was told that they will replace the happy meal but i have to hurry up cuz they are about to be closed wow, and the female i spoke with keep insisting that they don’t have any bugs or flies inside. She didn’t even bother to apologies and started raising her voice. What a customer service! Does’nt really matter if the bugs came from outside or inside the building. Always double check the food before giving it to the costumer. This is disgusting and unhealthy branch.

This is the worse meal I've ever had at any McDonald's ever! Both our mcdoubles were dry half burn and hard! Fries were like warm. N we even had to wait all but 10 min for this disgusting food! We used to go here for dinner 2 or 3 nights a wk but the last 2 times were ordered food it was horrible so we haven't been there for a few months, so we decided give them another chance BIG MISTAKE IT WAS HORRIBLE! We both ended up throwing over half our food away! VERY DISAPPOINTED! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN EVER! You guys really need to do something about the horrible food you have been serving! We even have friends that have said the same thing!

You know that feeling? When there are multiple options for food? Especially when there are say 3 McDonald's in the area, and you choose amongst them where you typically go? Well, this is the "good" McDonald's. I have a McDonald's less than 5 mintues from my house. I always opt for this location. Service is steady and good. The food always comes out fresh and hot. My order is always correct. I see the dining area being cleaned regularly, and it is never overcrowded, atleast when I go. While other restaurants may off convenience whether through location, speed, or atmosphere, I can say with full confidence this location specifically has all of the above. I would rather come here and enjoy my meal than gamble on the quality of my food or my overall experience.

Ordered mobile for curbside pick up, got there. Waited for about 10 minutes. Went inside to get an update on the order and they said it would be out in 2-3 minutes. So I went back out to my vehicle to wait. About 10 minutes later still no food. Went back inside and it still wasn’t ready. About 35-40 minutes later I finally got my order. I could understand if they were slammed. But it was only steady. Not busy at all. No reason it should take 30-40 min to get two burgers and a large fry. This same situation happened to me last night as well at the same McDonald’s. Isn’t it supposed to be fast food? Not very fast at all if ya ask me.

Very slow.waited 13 minutes for food and then it was wrong, had to wait another 10 min for the correct food

Longest I have ever waited at any fast food joint, 30 an hour to get food, under stand there is a shortage of help ever where but when there is 4 employees standing around some is wrong

Horrible service. Noone helps anyone, customers stand around not knowing what to do and workers don't think to ask. Horrible
