Bacon on the breakfast sandwich’s are never cooked looks like they took it out of the packaging and put it on the sandwich

Third time in the last couple months I’ve waited in line for over 20 minutes. First ten minutes it was standstill, and I was only car behind the one at the speaker. About a month or so ago I got an iced coffee and the bottom was filled with coffee grounds. Not just a few grounds, but literally an Inch of settled grounds! Recently every time I go there seems to be something wrong or taking too long! I tried to give them benefit of the doubt, maybe I was just going at a bad time or someone may have been new. But after so many issues, this seems to be the new norm. I used to prefer Milton over Lewisburg because I had better experiences and food was always hot, but recently it’s been awful! Not sure what has changed but something needs to happen.

I have eaten at McDonald's all over the country and this is by far the worst one I have ever eaten at. 99% of the time the food is cold or the order is wrong. Today after waiting 20 minutes in line at the drive-thru we had to pull aside to wait on our food which was 3 breakfast burritos and a hash brown. After waiting another 20 minutes and seeing all the other vehicles that had pulled aside leaving with their food as well as there being no cars in the drive-thru I went in to inquire where our order was. The woman who I spoke with, the manager I believe, didn't seem to care and then I found out our order hadn't even been started yet. After waiting another 10 minutes I got the food and a minor apology for it not being made. So an order that takes several minutes to make turned into an almost hour wait!

On other occasions that I have stopped I have heard the shift manager swearing loudly at the top of his lungs at employees and calling one stupid. This is the worst run fast food placeI have ever been too! You can wait months in between stops there and it never changes! The Rippons should be ashamed to have their names attached to this place.

I asked for a strawberry/banana smoothie and when I got home it was just a strawberry smoothie no banana

Nice spot. Staff was nice. We stopped over for a quick bite while driving thru. Wasnt too busy and staff was pleasant.

I said the total should be what it was and apparently the order taker thought it was ok to say, "uhm there's something called tax. " Customer service is important and if you don't like your job. Find a new one buddy! Next report I will go to Lee Or Jennifer

Wow! Today I stopped for a soft drink. Used to be one price, any size, for$. 99. Today the sign said one price, any size, $1.29. I Sked for a large or extra-large. It came in a small cup. Price went up and the size shrank. Bet I don't do that again.

Went in to order, employees were nice food came out pretty fast and was hot I was happy order was correct.

Would be great if they found employees who are willing to move with a little speed under them they could be a great mcdonalds. Food if good, haven't had any problems with that, just very slow service.

It's McDonald's, the same as most McDonald's. Not always adequately staffed at the drive through with one window open and cars stacked up.

The iced coffee was disgusting.way too much cream and no sugar at all. I always get great iced coffees but this one was gross, had to dump it down the drain. Not sure if they changed something about them or not.

The fries are always cold and some staff are ignorant they can't get your order right I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a quarter pounder.

Had to wait for our food and the french fries were cold as usual. The nuggets were also cold. But that is pretty much an ongoing thing with the Milton McDonald's!

Refused to give me the complete order I paid for. Ordered and paid via the mobile app. Then when I arrive at the store to an incomplete order they are telling me I need to hand them over more money to get my full order. Absolutely ridiculous. Last time visiting this location.

We were running our grandchildren to a doctors appointment, so on the way home we decided to treat them to McDonald's. My wife and I have worked for McDonald's on several occasions. Twice we worked together at McDonald's. But any way, we found hair inside two out of five containers of McNuggets. Plus, three of the seven burgers we ordered had hairs in them. We did the complete order online, so all we had to do was pick it up. We didn't notice until after we were on the highway. We had to go back the next day to get our money refunded, but they apologized for it. I've always had hair down to my belt and work grill, fry station, and Qing station. I started working for them the first time in 78 and the last time I quit there was in 2013. I never had one complaint about a hair in the food

No Burger in the BUN! How can u forget the Burger in the BUN? They forgot our Frappe and this is after having to pull over and wait for our food. Unbelievable.

Not the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. For some reason the food at this McDonald's seems to be missing something. It's never fresh, always like cold, limp fries. Yuck!

The food was really slow. It took us ten minutes to get our food. And the place isn't very clean.

The food was the usual McDonald's food.
The screen in the drivthru was broken so I just had to guess what to get!
