McDonald's, Mechanicsburg PA

Our order was wrong. The people behind us said their food was cold they wanted it remade and she said no and would not give the lady her name. Yet we got someone else’s burgers and got to keep them.

While we were waiting for our food, the manager decided to yell at her entire staff loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. It was incredibly unprofessional. When confronted, she took no responsibility for how she chose to treat her employees. As a business owner, listening to a manager publicly berate and humiliate their employees, providing the most toxic and hostile of workspaces, hurts my soul.

No receipt no napkins forgot apple juice and food was cold even after they asked me to park and wait for order.

I indulged in Two Egg McMuffins made with real egg and real Canadian bacon and of course cheese who doesn't love cheese all between two English muffins and then I satisfied my sweeter tooth with a very delicious apple fritter made with fresh local apples and I washed it all down with a coffee with eight creams and I have to say it was very enjoyable. This is a nice little breakfast restaurant and I'm going to try it again sometime

I have dined many times here, the food is sloppy, they mess up orders constantly, I've called and reported it the "owners" NEVER call, the staff is rude, unprofessional and slow to get things done! When you ask for a frappe and it comes out looking like water, no thanks! It had no ice, sent it back got attitude, took them 10 mins to correct.came out wrong AGAIN! IT was awful tasting, barely any ice, and whipped cream when I asked for none! Do not recommend this place! When an owner truly cares about their customers, it shows in the food that's sold!

Rude. Waited inline give app code which then expired after you give it to then 6 timed and they still say can you give that again. Then the manager waits while employee give you food and stares. Likes to intiminate people.

Messed up my coffee order but it's a fast food place. We don't eat much of this stuff

WOW! This is the most scrumptious food ever.mouth watering literally drooled all over the food as soon as it came out and the people there were so cool one even gave me one (1) extra fry.that was so cool.and the ketchup was in a packet that is mind blowing thank you for the cool experience.thank you. 10/10

We did uber eats and they messed up the order and they tried to blame me and say "i was wrong they didn't have that order". When I called "the manager" a female told me "I could come in and get my food remade". If I was driving why would I do uber eats? ! She was RUDE and wouldn't suggest any other option and they totally messed up our order. She told me to "call uber eats and get a refund" waste of my money! We didn't get what we ordered because they couldn't read the ticket/screen and for the no name female to take her mistake out on me is wrong! Learn to read! How do you work in a fast-food restaurant and can't read orders and then tell the customer to "lower their voice" when YOU MESSED UP THE ORDER BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T READ!

Literally every single table was destroyed and needed to b cleaned! There were fries and trash everywhere on the floor. I know McDonald's r not the cleanest but this was def worst than most

Went through the drive thru Sunday morning. First of all the wait was annoying and it wasn't because they were busy. I ordered scrambled eggs and 2 orders of bacon which would be 4 strips. What I got was 2 strips broken into 4 pieces. I took a picture and have the receipt if anyone in charge there wants to make it right.

I was eating at this location only to hear the manager berating her employees and see one crying. I don’t want to support a establishment that treats their employees so bad.

Tried the Grimace's Birthday meal with shake. I got the 10 pc nuggets instead of the Big Mac. The food and the shake was delicious.it did not disappoint. The shake tasted like mixed berries and vanilla.

This is one of the WORST McDonalds in the US. If you use drive true, then you will notice that they do not even listen what are you ordering and that is the reason that you never get what you ordered. They are very in polite workers and on the top of everything else all place STINKS!

Do not come here. Worst customer experience I've had in a long time. Rude and inattentive workers.

Ordered 2 hamburgers plain No cheese and No condiments. Before I even pay at the window I asked to repeat my order. Which was exactly how I ordered. Gotten to the window to pickup my order and received 2 cheeseburgers with condiments. I told young lady 2 of my orders were wrong. I pulled forward to wait for my order to be replace. While I was waiting, I had this unprofessional, disrespectful and nasty lady at my window literally yelling “ma’am what’s what you want” I explained her what I ordered. And she turned away and said I’ll get it fix. I believe she was a manager or supervisor, But her behavior was unacceptable. I don’t care if you had a bad day this is not the way to treat a customer. This supervisor definitely need a customer service training. For people like her Customer service is going down the drain. I will never ever visit this local fast food ever again. You don’t even deserve a 1 star. 0 star for you McDonald’s.
