McDonald's, Meadville PA

We were just passing through traveling south and stopped for a quick bite to eat. There was one person at the counter when we walked in. We ordered on the kiosk when two other guys walked in then a party of 3. There were a total of 4 employees. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. The two guys that came in after got their food first. We had to go to the counter and ask for our food. Then they forgot the ranch and the one lady at the drive through looked at my granddaughter waiting at the counter 3 times and never asked if she needed anything. My daughter's burger wasn't cooked. The fries were soggy. It was 8pm at night. There is no reason anything should have taken more than 10 minutes. The only good thing is the dining room was clean and very nice. This is unacceptable and thank goodness this one isn't local - I wouldn't be back.

They lost my order, I waited 30 mins, no one told me anything, they finally said they lost my order, I had to ask for a refund, will not eat there again, not the first time ive had problems there

The restrooms was the worst part I had to wait for the handicap stall just to use the baby changing table

Smells like something died in the lobby. Very strong, hard to miss/ignore. We decided to eat elsewhere because of this.

Worst fast food place I’ve ever stepped foot in, from the second you walk in you get hit with like a wave of stench only to be described as sewage smelling, the floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned for a month, the bathroom urinal is broken so there’s one toilet and it’s absolutely disgusting looking. All in all this was a horrible restaurant.

Wouldn’t sell me a drink an hour before close because they already broke down the soda machine. And still charged me for a drink. Lmao

We've been here a few times and have only experienced professionalism from the staff, and very quick service. I don't usually write reviews for fast food locations, but they deserve some credit for running the smoothest McDonald's I've ever been to, personally.

These new owners from Franklin are no better than the previous owners. They won't hire African, Irish or Hispanic descent, the food has not improved as I was just there last night at 10: 48 pm and the food was burnt and sloppy, the guy threw my bag in my car and slammed the window. We don't need this in our lovely Meadville. This place should be shut down or given to someone from the community who cares about our town. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LINE THE POCKETS OF THE PEOPLE WHO CAME HERE TO ROB US ALL WHILE TREATING US LIKE DIRT.

Every single item was wrong! If you want $15 an hour, prove you can do the job right and do $15 an hour worth of work!

This McDonald's is consistently very slow. Ive worked at this very McDonald's before and know it should never take 20+ minutes to complete a drive thru or mobioe order. Today in particular, I got a bacon mcdouble. It had no mustard, no onions, no pickles, and the bacon was undercooked. Unacceptable.

Went through the drive through. The guy taking my order sounded new, but very nice. He made a few errors when putting in my order, but corrected them and apologized. I told him it was no big deal.
When I got to the window to pay there was a very grumpy lady who was yelling and complaining. She was swearing loud enough that my kids and I could hear her with the drive through windows closed and our car windows up. I sat there fir 3 minutes not knowing what was going on.
Finally she opened tge window and said she was trying to fix an error on the computer. I asked if there was a manager.and turns out it was her.
I mentioned that my kids could hear her swearing- she apologized and was relatively pleasant after that. I got my food, it was good. They forgot to put the sauce and ketchup in my bag so I parked and ran in. The lobby was dirty.i could see into the kitchen.stuff spilt on the floor and not picked up, looked messy and dirty.

Worst experience at a McDonald’s ever. The employee and the counter seemed to be on drugs. Never got my food.

Upside, place was clean, service was quick, food as usual for McDonalds. Downside most McDonalds I go to and use the kiosk, nothing prints out for a receipt. This place had no napkins in the lobby and the now serving screen wasn't working.

This place is not good they have bad service messed up order 5 times! We ordered eggs ONLY no bacon or sausage after ordering the eggs had bacon on it and we did not eat it we wasted 2 bucks on it. Bad service the place was empty also when we got there

Got a fish sandwich it was OK fries they were good But Again no shakes because the machine is BROKEN. Just take Shakes off the menu

Kind of disappointing they don’t sell breakfast after like 10. My favorite thing they sell is burritos, and I like it for lunch and dinner as well. I mean who wants a greasy burger at 10? Some people wake up late and are looking for breakfast, not lunch. Other McDonald’s I’ve been to sell breakfast until 2. (Still a weird time but better). Also one of the electronic menu signs outside has been broken for months now.

Despite being understaffed today per their sign. Employees were polite and helpful. It took longer to get my food in the drive thru but truthfully I'll happily wait for the "fresh" food I received (as far as McDonald's go) especially the nuggets and fries!

Even though they were short staffed, which was posted, I could definitely tell everyone in the back was doing their best to make sure everybody got their food in a timely manner. Unlike the McDonald’s downtown, they get the order right the food, taste fresh and they’re friendly. Two thumbs up.
