McDonald's, Morrisville PA

I made my order. The cashier repeated my order to me. I confirmed stating my order again. Wait 15 minutes while the lobby was relatively empty (only 2 people ordering at the kiosk inside and I was the first car in the line of 4 at the drive thru), get my food. AND.the completely wrong order! Walk back inside, didn't help that it was raining this day, wait another 5 minutes and get my order, was told don't worry about the price difference between what i was given and what I ordered. Left feeling like I want to avoid this location in the future.

I went here on my 20 minute lunch break and ordered 2 hot and spicy mcchickens. I was told to pull up to the third drive thru window since my food needed time to cook. I sat there for almost 15 minutes while about 10 cars ordered, got their food and left. The amount of time I waited was one thing but I finally went to eat my food and I had 1 hot and spicy mcchicken and 1 normal chicken sandwich AND it was wrapped in a hot and spicy sandwich wrapper. VERY disappointed with the service I received.

Once again, ordered hot mocha thru app & not available when I get there, plus this time I was in rush and saw drive-thru had 5 or 6 cars so changed in app to inside pick up.after standing inside for additional 5-7 mins 1st waiting patiently then attempting to get someone's attention.now 11 mins after ordering on app, I received call from person waiting for me to pick them up so I raised my voice and asked if my mocha, order # was ready & finally got there attn, unfortunately they claimed they never received my order even after I showed paid for order on app.no longer having time to wait after 14 mins wait so left without my mocha not end of world but frustrating given it's not 1st time, mocha machine down or cleaned but allows to order on app

It's Mc Donald's. With the self ordering kiosks then service is worse. Now kids don't have another place to work.

If I got to go in and deal with the staff it will never happen I'm dam near 60 yrs old that means I was around before kiosks and cell phones I don't know how to operate the kiosk needless to say McDonald's didn't get my money and I didn't get their food Popeyes made out like a bandit I know these youngsters don't care but I will deff take my business elsewhere

The only 5 stars I’ll give is for their customer service. I ordered a McGriddle this morning and as I was eating it I realized it had mildew on the pancake part. I had already eaten half of it. I threw up twice today, and I only had this to eat until I got home. Please make sure you check your food before you distribute it to customers!

Rude workers. Nobody says hello or have a good day. Closed the window before we could even ask for anything.

The food was hitting the spot and they put my bun-less burger in a 6 piece nugget box which had me cracking up, even though I didn't have any plastic ware it was great to eat it differently

I had taken a quick drive over to this mcdonald’s on my 20 min break at work. When i got to the drive thru speaker i asked for 1 bacon mcdouble, drove back to work and found NO BACON on my burger.i would have ordered a double cheeseburger if that is what i wanted.i paid extra for bacon and there was none.the burger was also wrapped in a bacon mcdouble burger wrap.do what you will with that info but i’d choose a different location.

Answer the drive-thru, got home, and the order was wrong. I hate when I pay for food that isn't in the bag. We ordered breakfast sandwiches that were missing the egg and the cheese, how exactly does that happen?

I had a pleasant experience this time while I visited this location. The traffic is always bad here though so be careful driving to this establishment.

Love it here unfortunately can't say the same for burger King across the street went there before here and was totally ignored by a staff of atleast 10 people

Slowest McDonalds on this side of the Mississippi, I guarantee you won't find one slower.
10/18/22 update: made me cancel my mobile order, then made me reorder. So that they can hide their slowness. After canceling, everyone else that walked in after me got their food before I did. Customers were standing around waiting, cars were in the drive through waiting all the way to the street.

Last week I ordered from here and it was so so good! Everything from the employee's professionalism and the short time I was there, how Everything I ordered was correct, HOT and just handled correctly was like, it's was like finally a McDonald's that knows what they're doing. Thanks guy!

On line said the price for a big Mac was 2 for 6 dollars. They would not honor the on line price, & charged me 12 dollars.

Calling the attorney General Monday.
