McDonald's, Harrisburg PA

During my visit, the lady at the front taking the order was very rushing and unorganized with the order. While proceeding to be impatient and annoyed with me. The work seemed to have a bad attitude. However, the food service quality was very nice and hot n fresh (McDonald’s Quality).

Food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted great. The associates I encountered were pleasant and professional. The dining room had several tables that needed attention.

I would give no star. Today at 12: 15 pm, i orderedtwo oreo shakes, two frozen fanta, one carmel drink. Then drove to the window, then the girl asked me what was my order. Then she said I didn't make any orders. There was a new Asian girl and she might have deleted my order, then she called a African American big girl. She still said she did not see my order. Then she took my order again and to to pull over and pay inside. African American girl was so impatient and rude. It was their mistake and but she was showing her attitude to me instead of apologizing me and helping me. How come such unprofessional people works here. Disgusting!

The food that we get here is always fresh and hot. Lived in the area for a lot of my life and it has always been great.

Tbh I’d only come here for that guy who was in the pay window at 7: 30 today. His vibes were immaculate

Thought I was getting one QPC for free. It didn't say that on the receipt. I was over charged

Broooo go through the drive thru, you can’t even walk into the building without getting side eye. I won’t eat here ever again.

Worst customer service. Ordered a plain hamburger and all they did was wipe off the condiments and toppings. Took it back to get it rectified and all I get is an attitude from the supposed manager. Talks to me like its my fault. Food is awful. Go elsewhere although the one up the road isn’t better either.

This place is so amazing as soon as I'm ready my order is placed and done in no time. I appreciate their customer service there too they're very friendly and very respectful to the community! Thank you for everything I recommend this McDonald's 1000%

This has got to be the freshest location I have ever been to! Clean cooking oil so the hashbrowns and French fries were AMAZING! Service has been great to! (Our car broke down and we were stranded for a few days so this was our "go to place". We were worried at first but this location puts every other location I've been to way down on the totem pole!)

This location leaves a little to be desired in the way of customer service. After ordering at the kiosk we waited at the counter to receive our cups only to be greeted by an unfriendly glare as the girl had to put her phone down in order to hand them to us. It’s a shame that everyone else was also on their phone along with the manager. Which is where the problem stems from. Once we got the food, everything was covered in greasy finger prints and not to mention the place was very unclean. We would expect a level of professionalism in a business world and especially from a fast food giant. But the lack of care and disorganization was appalling!

Why are you cleaning your frappe machine in the morning? Some of us drink that instead of coffee in the morning. Update. This is the second time I couldn’t get a frappe in the morning due to cleaning.

Food was tasty and prices were low. Staff were friendly and location was modern. Service was a bit slow, but otherwise fine. I recommend.

Stopped here a few times in the past. Service is usually decent. The drive-thru orders have been correct and well cooked.
