Is McDonald's really having a hard time hiring staff or are we subsidizing their greed by putting up with extended wait times and incorrect orders?

Henial, excellent service and very precise and attentive to all problems, thank you for making my life much easier.

Too expensive these days.way overpriced and they were out of certain condiments I wanted. The days of quick and relatively affordable are over at McDonald's.

Mc Donald's is really going down hill. Since new owners baught the Mcdonsls near me. My coffees taste like burnt grinds were used. Baught a chicken sandwich meal and got sick was throwing up. Wouldn't reccomend. I believe food and such dates aren't kept track of. And I know coffee! The grinds are being used longer than what they should be!

Me to order on the mobile app it took him 15 minutes to tell me that their computer automatically canceled it because of the time.

It's McD's, so there's that. What was unexpected was the food. They made the best biscuit sandwiches I have ever had at any McDonald's. So this particular fast food was exceptional.

Everything about this place is bad McDonald's needs to step it up because these McDonald's employees won't even let people in to t restaurant.

Don't go between 3 and 4 in the afternoon, there are always young people who get together and fight until the police have to call them to leave. The service and food is excellent

Fu¢kin terrible. Had to be buzzed into the bathroom, no chicken on the McChickens, wrong sauce given.

This is the worst McDonald's as for service and caring to work at all! No repeating orders, makes up their own prices, when ordering exactly same thing, but always different pricing. "No were out" always out of everything! I feel bad for the management here. They've no idea what this crew is doing to this brand. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets shut down.

This is the Worst Restaurant that Can Exist, more than 40 Minutes waiting for an Order, While the Employees are talking and Playing, The Clients waiting, Friends or Relatives of the Employees arrive and they give the Food before those who are waiting, they don't pay for food and they don't line up either. Some Serve the Food without Gloves, while others Change the Garbage Bag and serve the food again with the same Dirty gloves.

Night manager has a horrible attitude. 4 door dash drivers all talking about the female night manager being extremely rude and ignorant to everybody on a regular basis.

This employee play to much with people time I was in line for 34 minutes waiting final moment the manager come and tell me we can take you order because we don’t have to many employees this was stupid because we was taking people order before my I hate this McDonald’s

The worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. Always gets orders wrong, they don't tell you that they don't feel like making you shakes so they give you soda that has gone bad. Everytime I order in door dash it's like they care alot less about your order and do the very minimum to even make sure it's correct or not cold even though when the person goes there to pick it up it isn't ready. I'd honestly give it negative 10 stars if I could. I've worked in the fast food industry for years and I'd never let food go out cold or not notify my customer that a item isn't available and asked them what else they would want. It's basic customer service.

Was so called short staff had more than 6 people working I side. After I waited on hold for 5 mins at drive through I was told the card machine was down after I put my order in. It was about 20 people inside waiting for food. Everyone was laughing because they said a man waited 30 mins for an ice cream cone.

Be careful with your credit and debit cards here some of the workers are doing fraudulent activity.

Briana, Kalayah (manager), Neisha, Sabria, and Rayanna WERE FABULOUS. THEY WERE SWEET. TOOK MY ORDER NO ISSUES. The most important thing is they were smiling. I appreciate these young ladies being so positive THANK YOU!

Literally every time I go to this McDonald’s I have a bad experience! They really take the joy out of visiting McDonald’s. I watch employees walk out while they were backed up. Food poorly prepared. I’ll ask for a egg McMuffin no meat, they gave me just two McMuffins. Employees yelling the N word all the time. It seems that everyone needs to be retrained or fired. The worst I’ve been to hands down!

Staff member had awful attitude. 0 stars. Couldn’t even pick up our order because staff incompetence
