McDonald's, York PA

The tea was out! So I got sprite instead and it was not got! I also ordered fries and a apple pie which was cold. I mean at lunch time it should all be hot and soda and tea should be done and refilled

Attempted to order beverages at drive thru. Line didn't move and employees were in parking lot taking break. Went inside despite having blood clots in leg and my husband's newly replaced hip. Asked if I could place order at counter and was directed to use kiosk. Waited 15 minutes inside for 1 coffee and 1 and 1 strawberry shake. Manager had zero empathy or control over his team and made snide remark to female worker. Manager came to counter and asked if I was ready after I already used kiosk. They made sure to throw away our receipt to make it harder for us to contact corporate or leave dissatisfied survey. I will be contacting corporate in the morning. Rediculous.

Actually went to another food store close by but their drive-thru line was not moving at all found a new way into this McDonald's it's where I wanted to go anyway and they were pretty quick with their drive-thruEven they asked me to drive into a within a minute they were walking out the door sweet

We went through the drive thru and they were so nice, professional and patient! Our order was hot, right and delicious… this Mickey D’s is definitely worth the a stop!

Hamburger was so greasy it was running off sandwich asked for another one and same thing. I got my money back

My order was completely wrong. Almost as if I received someone else's meal. The manager fixed my order, and was very helpful. Thanks.

The drive thru was quick and friendly! They didn't forget anything in our order either!

It's pretty good for a McDonald's. The service is fast and accurate. The food is what you would expect.

They had their soda machine taken apart hours before closing so when I attempted to pour my soda the spout was off so the soda sprayed all over my arm. When I brought it to the attention of the workers they just shrugged

I would love to give -5 stars! This use to be the McDonald’s I trained at when I worked at McDonald’s and it use to be decent. Tonight was horrendous!
When we ordered our food some worker was sitting on the floor with the girl at the first window.
Then when I was handed my sons “happy meal” I was handed a brown bag with a 6 piece … the girl got smart and said “in our defense there are two different types of six pieces” … I was appalled and said “I’m not dumb! I worked at McDonald’s for 4 years! ” And I clearly stated “6 piece happy meal with chocolate milk” when I ordered- this isn’t my first time ordering food at McDonald’s. I figured whatever my son got his nuggets I just want to go home. So I opened the box and there were 5 chicken nuggets… box clearly marked to be a 6 piece. I tried to call 15x (yes seriously) and it has a busy tone so we turned around and found the manager. Thankfully he was nice and understanding. He stated he already spoke to the worker about saying that kind of things prior… clearly she’s not comprehending that’s unacceptable. Sad a facility I use to go to for training, is going turning into a mess

Went to double drive thru
They didn’t say the one to the far right was closed and my husband and I waited and waited and watched others pull up to order and leave. Didn’t order and that’s why we are leaving this review! They should have closed off the one side at least!

I love going to George st McDonald's.fast and friendly staff and the food is way better

Food was great! Employees were friendly, kind, and asked repeatedly if everything was fine or if we needed anything. The dining room was clean and comfortable! One of the most pleasant Mcds I've been too. Great job!

Order was a simple order and they still got it wrong. I had to go in from the drive thru.they were very slow

I didnt get her name but she is the store manager and she is extremely rude asked about doing a fundraiser and she hung up on me I highly do not recommend going here if I could give 0 stars I would

Drive thru a little slow, no fault of yours people just won't use both lanes. Employees are always pleasant. Come almost every day to get my soda to start my day. Sometimes I come back later for an ice-cream cone.

20 min wait for curbside. When delivered the order was missing a sandwich. Went inside to address and no-one working registers to help and long line for kiosks. Finally left without the item not worth waiting any longer.

Decent for a McDonald's but maybe could have been a little faster. The place was packed for a week day at 830pm.
