McDonald's, Oxford PA

Came to get lunch for the family. Kept getting rushed by the drive thru ordering employee with “ anything else” several times, as if I wasn’t even welcome here and seem to be inconveniencing him. Being rushed so much made me even forget to order something for myself. Couldn’t get a receipt after paying as the machine apparently isn’t working. I was given a big bag with food in it and the chocolate milk for the happy meal. I got home and the food for the happy meal wasn’t even in the bag so I had to come all the way back to get the happy meal box. On top of all that, we were here last weekend, and the ice cream machine wasn’t working. Yet again today the ice cream machine is not working. Just enforcing the McDonald’s stereotype that the ice cream machine never works apparently anywhere. We come to visit our brother in this town because we live down in Baltimore County and our McDonald’s are terrible down there. So either we are cursed or the quality control/customer satisfaction just doesn’t exist within the McDonalds company anymore.

The round blueberry hair manager had the audacity to charge me for 6 sauces after she gave us just three for a BUNDLE BOX! This is the worst McDonald’s by far and worst manager, should def fire her and her high off of weed workers.

It's McDonald's so it's not great but it could be worse. Lol. It's a quick meal. This is one of the nicer McDonald's that I've been to but there prices are just to high right now for me anyways.

The price of the 2 Cheeseburger Meal doubled in price in the last 2 years. Today after paying $9.27 for a medium 2 Cheeseburger Meal, the burgers were smashed and meat was dried out. If you are going to charge these prices, please at least make the food edible. For the going cost of fast food labor, you should be demanding perfection.

No longer a McDonald's customer.

Ordered online from here. Showed order number but was told no order was placed at this location. Got my food eventually but not worth the hassle.

5-6-23 9: 50 a.m I never leave a McDonald's review but the drive-thru was flawless the food was perfect and fresh and the service was very friendly. Good job

The service was very poor it took at least 15/20 minutes to get through the drive through then the order was it seams like nobody cares then I had to go inside to get the order right for the third time train your employees would help a lot please send me a response.

Delivery driver for Door Dash, stopped here 3 times during the breakfast rush on a Saturday and the orders were always promptly prepared and the staff was friendly.

Usually eat from here cause it’s local, but won’t again lol. Messed up my order asked for 3 shamrock Oreo McFlurrys got them and they were just vanilla. Went back around and got this science experiment back after they grabbed it out the trash.

They never put breakfast sauce on the bagle sandwich. Even if I ask for extra they charge me and still put none on there. Clowns. Don't waste your money here.

Tbh, I never eat at McDonald's or any other fast food joint. Not that I don't eat junk, but I choose my junk from the supermarket and eat it in the comfort of my own home.

However, I have been to McDonald's many times because they have very clean, easily accessible rest rooms. Now, that is a public service worthy of an award. Five stars!
